I love my PS5. Getting one has been a nightmare, but it is definately worth the wait and money. Ive played on a few older PS4 devices that were slow when loading games and frequently had crash issues. The PS5 has faster load times to get your games open or to go to messages from friends. I am not a fan of the design personally and the controller arrow buttons are a bit sensitive. For example, I play battlefield 5 and prefer tanking and airplanes. Sometimes when your trying to repair the arrow pad requires you to press down to do the slow repair but halfway through it will use up your quick repair which is the left arrow. Bit frustrating but its whatever. I have also had issues with the controller where my movemwnt is delayed from the joystick so turning left and right looks like extreme slow mo sometimes.

PlayStation has all the best games. The console is huge but its quite the conversation piece. Everyone will be interested in how you got one and asking you to demo it. The dual sense controller is so innovative and captures everyone's praise. Instant loading times and super snappy framerate! Just be careful about using external storage as there has been cases of consoles bricking.

It's the best game console you can buy right now, assuming you can find one. (It used to be that you stand in a long line, and first come first served, and if it sold out, you'd come back the next day. But now, it's all online, so you need to write a script, but when that script works too well, you end up with multiple purchases, and then you have to act like a scalper on craigslist. Please don't be that guy!) As for the PS5 itself, it's giant, so it won't fit in your little AV shelf, so you might need to place it in a more conspicuous place than you intended, and since it won't let you turn off the LED lighting, it's even more of a glowing eyesore. So you throw a towel over it and hope it doesn't suffocate and melt. At least that's what I wouldn't do.

I bought the PlayStation 5 from Best Buy online in December and picked it up in store. The PS5 is everything you’ve come to know and love from Sony. The controller is unparalleled in the industry. I was an X-Box 360 guy, and then switched to the PS4, and am continuing this console generation with the PS5. 1 month with the new PS5 and I couldn’t be happier. Worth the purchase!
