This hardware is a huge leap from the PS4. Sony needs to fix the poor implementation of its social features -- specifically the groups and chat parties, but that will evolve over time, I'm sure. Very please d overall with the graphics and sound enhancements, as well as most of the interface.

All the reviews are spot on. If you were lucky enough to pick one up, then you'll love it! Pros: Fast load times. PS4 games load super fast on the PS5, as it's loading from a SSD. Sleek design. Cons: Bulky console. It's a console, so in 2-3 years it will be outdated already.

My son loves his PS5. The graphics are awesome! Best Buy made obtaining the hardest to obtain gift seem easy to get. Walmart should take a note. I ordered that 12/11/20, still waiting. I ordered it from Best Buy after and got within about 5 days before Christmas!!! Thank you Best Buy!!! ❤️

Excellent! The service has been immaculate. I ordered online despite the mad rush for a PS5. I went to the store for pick up and it was ready for me. The controller is pure next generation. Only caveat 4k 120hz is still very rare in games. But the future looks bright!

The PS5 is such an amazing console and I was very glad to be able to purchase one from best buy. I am very excited to be able to play ratchet and clank on this thing. The dual sense controller feels very unique and cool , can’t wait for more games to take advantage of the haptics

Three words. Best console ever. Hands down. Sony is still the reigning champ and this system is evident of that. Easily the most powerful console on the market. I love how the games look. Smooth as butter, beautiful graphics and the best thing about it is that this console is super quiet.

Very Fast compared to ps4. Playing in real 4k on your console is awesome. The 120 fps is also a great improvement for your FPS's. The only thing that could be confusing to some are the TV's and Monitors needed to take advantage of the Console. Also the disk tray can be loud while copying games.

Hard to get but worth it once you do. Once song begins to release play station 5 exclusives then it’s when it’ll begin to shine. Do not buy it for re sell it is not worth the over paying rn. Hunt for it retail.

Truly a next gen console. Its a night and day difference between the PS4 and PS5 graphics. Happy they dint rush this product but rather took their time to release something as good as this. Sure it might be bigger than the XBOX but who cares, its not like you are going to be carrying it.

If you are a fan of any of the Playstation systems, you will not be disappointed with the latest. The best feature for myself is the downloading /loading speed of the games. It soo much faster than before. Looks fab on my TV as well. If you can get your hands on one you will be happy you did.

Bought this as a Xmas gift for my son whom is a avid gamer. All he does is rave about the graphics and speed of the processor. The only thing I've heard from him on the negative side would be that due to the type of harddrive you cannot just plug a external HD in to it to expand storage

I love this thing. Mostly been playing apex legends on it, which is not even a native ps5 game. The machine is fast and gorgeous. The controller is very nice too also it’s seeing some wear after a year. Tons of great titles to choose from. Happy gaming!!!

Perfect gift for kids they love everything about it

Love it. Great upgrade from the PS4. Only con would be that the center black plastic scratches extremely easy and the white controller easily gets dirty (although easy to clean). Aside from those aesthetic issues the actually product has been great. Great product for the price.

The console itself is excellent, however, the lack of titles are release is underwhelming. I’m sure the titles will improve with time, but for now, we’re stuck waiting until later in 2021 when they are putting out better titles. It also sucks that you can save PS5 titles on an external drive right now and increasing your internal drive at this time is prohibitively expensive. I suggest you buy yourself at least a 1TB external drive to hold your PS4 games because you’ll run out of space quickly on this system (only 825GB). I believe many of these issues will be corrected in the future, but for now, it is what it is. If you are lucky enough to snag one, enjoy.

What a great console. I haven’t owned a gaming console since Nintendo game cube. I’ve been strictly a PC gamer until now. I want to play all the games on my PS5 now. I even want to replay some of the games I bought on PC on the PS5. The controller makes that big of a difference.

Amazing graphics and load times for games. The newly designed controllers remind me of the xbox controller i thought i was going to hate it but its not that bad at all.

When I tell you I was on top of when they were selling the ps5 I was on top, it was hard to get but I managed to get my hands on this, if you want to purchase one, go to @ps5restock_etc on twitter they let you know when restocks are happening, and they’re legit !

Not much to really say other than a great gaming device! Build quality is always non-issue with Sony and works excellent on a Oled C1. Games look fantastic. Only thing unfortunate is how hard it is to get one. Luckily, I was able to get one on preorder.

It's a PS5, and the games and controller are great. I was hoping that this console would be quieter than my ps4 and tbh it is and also isn't. There is a constant humming when a game is on. I'm not sure if it is fan noise or coil whine. Either way, sony needs to be better at that.
