I’m glad I was able to order this online on 11/12. This system is amazing!.. the haptic feedback on the dual sense is incredible. It sucks that it’s hard for people to order this due to bots online but I’m happy as hell I got mine!!

I love how much better the graphics are on the ps5, so much more detail! Our games run so smooth and don’t glitch and crash like they did with the PS4! It was definitely worth the wait!

Havent played a gaming system in a long time. I was able to get my hands on a ps5 and never looked back. Love the game and the graphics best purchase to reintruduce myself back to the gaming world.

Controller is good and comfortable and the ps5 dosent make that much noise it only makes it when it overheats or its been on for a long time and also when you update a game butnonly for a while but the graphics are amazing

No words necessary - just glad I was able to find the gaming system. My child was extremely happy when this item was found under the Christmas tree. The speed is great and the colors are vibrant.

Perhaps this could have been built with more storage but you can always upgrade if need be. That’s my only observation. Just need to be mindful of how much your downloading, storing etc. No issues.

This PS5 is outstanding. The processor is super fast the graphics are out of this world. Best Buy has consistently had the best drops for here very and to find consoles. I highly recommend the PS5 and to get one from Best Buy.

An amazing console. Games run smoothly and load times are lightning fast. The controller feels nice in the hand. It’s even more amazing when paired with a 4k display. Only thing that I miss are themes.

Got this awhile ago... wanna say back in January... and I LOVE the PS5. they finally had it in stock and I was able to luck out with it. Haven't had nay problems and the user interface is great. Got good game for it too!

Its definitely a handful, you need to have sufficient space for it. Even though, at launch, you are buying these thing because of their future potential, I believe this is product that will hold its value, and it will usher a future lineup of unique, high-quality games that will not be found anywhere else. And in that sense, it fulfills the expectations of a "next-gen" console. It has modern conveniences, it had the sufficient processing power to give you lovely looking games, and it serves as your next 4K UHD blu-ray player. If you have a high-end tv and home theater system, this is the type of product that is made to get the most out of your high-end living room toys. It has a goofy design in some places, moreso than previous Playstation system. But you only have to set it up, once.

Best gaming system I have ever played on. Everything is fast. The clarity is sharp. Even on PS4 games, I am seeing details that I never knew were there. Controllers are comfortable. I am not a techy guy but I am impressed.

Was worth the wait! Only downside is not being easily able to open a web browser. Everything else is good to me

Awesome machine! Have had every ps system out and this one tops all the rest, love the backwards compatibility with ps4 games and the controller has some great new upgrades. Would recommend to anyone on the fence about it.

I purchased the TotalTech membership in order to have an opportunity to purchase the PS5. THANK YOU BestBuy for using a method to deter bots from eating up the inventory before anyone had a chance to add to the cart. I promptly cancelled the TotalTech membership once I received my PS5. It wasn't beneficial/sensible for me to continue having it as I don't purchase ALOT of electronics or appliances very often. Now if you are a person that does, the membership has lots of perks and benefits which pay for themselves. The PS5 doesn't disappoint at all. It's everything and more. Please don't lose faith in securing one for yourself. Be patient and your time will come.

If you were lucky enough to get one then you already know how much better it is then the PS4. Games load faster and look way better on PS5. Deff a must buy for all the hardcore gamers. Just good luck finding one is all I can say.

I use my PS4 to hold open the window after buying this thing. Hotdamn this is way better than the PS4. I feel bad for everyone who thinks that Xbox is superior. You're all foolish

Console is great! PS5 and XBOX Series X are basically the same. Everyone has their preference so if you are a PS this is an upgrade. XBOX guy, get the Series X. Why can’t we all be friends!?
