FANTASTIC!!!! I used curbside pickup and it was an estimated wait time of 4 mins and they weren’t a second late... if you go earlier at like 10. The console is very clea and nice and my day has officially been made!!!

great system but a little clunky like the title, overall this is not a bad standalone system I got PS+ discounted for several years so i have tons of "free" games to keep occupied There are a few things wrong with this product tho. The fan is somewhat noisy, the stand is horrible, bordering on unsafe when placed horizontal the interface seems easy at first but simple things like looking for gameplay or pictures of the game.. you won't find that because most games are bare and only have written info want to play on your phone or tablet? sure but clunky and only with a ps4 control, not ps5...... They got great games but a long way to go before they can catch up to how seamless the xbox can be

Blew away all my expectations. Especially the haptic feedback on the controller. I read about how groundbreaking it was but until you actually experience it you just can’t realIze how much of a difference it really makes.

This thing is amazing! The games look and feel incredible! Yes, I said feel. The new DualSense controller really adds another layer of immersion to the experience. Really glad we were able to get our hands on one!

I’ve always loved PS since I was a child. I grew up with their consoles and getting the 5 was no option. It was necessary. The graphics are amazing, the system is gorgeous, and the controllers are fire.

Amazing next generation graphics. Load times are practically non existent. If you loved the PS4 your going to love this. Adaptive triggers make you feel like your a part of the game. An absolute great piece of hardware.

Amazing Console but it is quite large. Get the disc version for all the backwards compatible goodness. Picking up games for the last generation is easy to do and my kids love to share their games with friends.

The staff were very helpful, right on time with my purchase when i pulled up to pick it up so i could get home and play my new system which is great. The gameplay and graphics are Krystal clear and very smooth!!!

To finally have this console in hand was nothing more than determination and luck. Glad I finally have it and feel for those who still don’t. It’s definitely a Solid piece of hardware I don’t regret buying.

Hard to get but worth every penny! Beautiful, elegant and a step or two beyond the PS4. Load times are much better and paired with 4k tv, it’s amazing. The only issue was just trying to get one these days.

Stayed up all night on Nov 22nd and scored a PS5. It’s worth fighting for and I had multiple failed attempts prior. No issues so far. I feel very very fortunate to have this console. THANK YOU BEST BUY!!!! Lovin it!!

My son loves his PS5. Its the least I can do for his continued straight As. I know he wishes there were new games for the PS5 and you must buy additional storage because the storage space sucks!

Worth every penny! Graphics are amazing and system is super quiet. Backwards compatibility makes your PS4 redundant which is awesome. Hang in there if you haven’t gotten one yet and don’t give in to these scalpers!!!

New controller is a nice upgrade physically but the features are not as amazing as advertised, I turn the adaptive triggers off for a lot of games. UI and download speeds are great. It's quiet and can play above 30fps, W.

The best console overall! So far the ps5 has not given us any problems. Of course my husband enjoys his early Christmas gift and can not stop playing. It is a really big piece, it looks really good with all the accessories

PS5 so far has been great, some minor bugs Sony needs to work out, but to be expected. The speeds are night and day from the PS4 and the gaming experience has gone to another level. The controller alone makes it worth it.

The PS5 Digital Edition is just as fast and incredible as the Disc Drive version. A true next gen gaming experience. 4K 120 hz gaming is truly immersive. I cannot recommend this console enough.

I was up until 4 am most nights trying to snag one of these across all the different retailers, and I can happily say that this does not disappoint! The RTX on the new Ratchet and Clank game is crazy good!

I love the quick loading times and higher frame rate. The haptic feedback on the controller is almost impossible to describe; once you play a game with it, you will immediately notice the difference.
