Great console storage system is a bit irritating. Have had to redownload a few games so currently have an external attached with all the games and I just copy them to the internal which is pretty quick.

Absolutely amazing. The haptic feedback controller has so many possibilities, can't wait to see what they do with this system in the future. Library is a bit space but, I'm sure that will change in the upcoming future.

Only flaw is having them in stock what a debacle. Huge upgrade from ps4. Controller is so much better. Please help, my microwave sent me back in time to 1925.

Best console to date. So much quieter than the PS4 pro which sounded like you were sitting on the deck of an aircraft carrier. Smooth game play, great graphics and refresh rate. It’s a winner in my book.

The system is great. Fast and responsive. Controller redesign is excellent and fits very confortably in hand. Limited titles, but once games start coming out for PS5 it will be unstoppable.

I've had it for a month and a half and I love it. The controller feels so much better w/ the haptic feedback and it's actually built for your hand now. It gets dirty a lot though. 120 Hz feels really smooth as well

I liked this product, because it was easy for me to get the product. Once I transferred my stuff from PS4 Pro to PS5, it was easy like plug and play. However, keep in mind the lack of PS5 Games as of right now..

Was super hard to get but I enjoy it so far! Controller is great, console is fast, and quiet when running. Would definitely try and get this for anybody that’s interested in purchasing a ps5 from Best Buy

I'm loving the Ps5, UI is very nice, the DuelSense controller is amazing, comfortable, the best one in the series of controllers that Playstation has came out with. Im really excited for this generation of console gaming.

I have always loved Sony products. I have used Ps2 and Ps4, which I loved. When I heard that Ps5 is ps2, Ps3, and Ps4 games compatible, I was very happy. The haptic feedback of the controller is to the next level.

I got very lucky being able to get my hands on one of these. My PS4 feels very outdated, rightfully so. The load times are as promised and the new home screen and PS store redesign are very well designed and thought out.

Love it beautiful graphics if you have the right TV...Make sure to get both 120mhz refresh rate and 2.1 hdmi input. I got the LG nano cell85 there are also other TVs like LG 90, Samsung q70, q80, Sony models 900 and up

playing ps4 games at 60 fps makes this an awesome device. the haptic feedback on the controller is also game changing. I'm waiting for more ps5 games to release to justify the purchase but overall its a solid device.

Love it love playing old game and still waiting for more next gen games but all my older games look great wish the hard drive description was more accurate its not 825 more around 600ish with everything thats preloaded

Although it was difficult to actually purchase these, the entire process of picking them up from my local Best Buy was painless. I enjoy using my PS5, and I'm glad I could purchase one from Best Buy.

Finally able to score one of these and couldn't be happier. The graphics are fantastic and it was an easy set up. I didnt mind it be digital since I want to save onspace. Friendly and fast service at Best Buy.

Great system by PlayStation. One of the best next gen consoles. I like that it doesn't need a disc and all games can be downloaded digitally. Much cheaper option than the disc as well. Awesome graphics!

Best Buy is the ONLY store I’m not completely fed up with when it’s comes to getting a new console , I haven’t been successful each drop but I most definitely HAVE been successful ! Life saver

Well I was able to finally get one!! This is a Christmas present for my grandson. So i did help him set it up and it was a breeze. From just flipping around the menues and you can tell how snappy it d.
