Reviewing a year and a half after purchasing and this system has been amazing! Everything is fantastic only issue I ran into is storage. Other than that 10/10

Crazy cool system, haptic feedback and reactive triggers are unlike anything I've ever experienced. Adds a whole new level of control and immersion. Very excited for new game releases.

I’ve always kept up with all the releases that Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo has ever done. I’ve got all three current systems and this is the Best console ever made, hands down.

Sony hit another one out of the park. It has improved upon the PS4 with a great new console and fantastic new controllers. Sony once again shows why its the king of consoles with this fantastic release.

The next level in playstation gaming does not disapoint. Graphics and load time are well improved to call this a next gen console. Would love it if it came in all black like previous consoles though

I noticed a huge difference since I had PS4 previously. The image is beautiful in 4K and the 60fps is amazing, every movement is so smooth. Big thanks to BestBuy! The order process was very easy and there were no problems at all. No bots either thanks to 2-step verification. I picked it up 2-3 days after placing my order. Employees on the BB chat, as well as the store pickup employees, were so friendly and respectable. Answered all my questions and even helped me to change my store pickup location. I tried ordering PS5 since it came out and the first time I tried BestBuy it worked right away. I am very pleased with the customer service I was provided and will continue purchasing from BestBuy in the future.

great new console . the new controller is incredible with haptic feedback. When you get this system, give the included astrobot game a fair chance. Really shows off what the controller is capable of

Great console but after owning it for a few months i do miss not having the disc drive. If i could do it again id buy the disc version. Other than that the system works great and runs quiet.

Loving the service Bestbuy gave. Fast and easy pick up, you just sit inside of the car and they would bring it out to you. As for the console, the system really felt quickly compared to the old one.

I was happy to get this PS5 and it works as expected. The ordering process was sort of a pain but not nearly as bad as other sites which have been having issues for a long time.

Really good system. It is quite large but I found a place for it. Also being able to play ps4 games with it is also very nice sense most of them play really nice

It's such a nice upgrade from my ps4 and works so well with my new tv. I just wish it came with more storage space. I'm used to having 2TB on my ps4, so I've run out of room quickly on this.

Fantastic console, PlayStation has outdone themselves with this one, very fortunate to get one so close to launch. Controller is the best I’ve ever used, and the console is extremely fast, 4K is excellent.

As system updates further optimize the console along with new releases, I would say this year is the time to get one as more games are being released for the console.

Bought this as a surprise gift for my brother and he is extremely happy with it. He always thanks me for being able to snag him one after his many attempts since it first came out.

AWESOME CHRISTMAS GIFT. OF COURSE ORDER WAS HARD TO GET BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. EVEN THOUGH THE ITEM WAS HARD TO GET IT FELT GOOD GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS OF GETTING THE PS5. PERFECT GIFT FOR MY HUSBAND!

Great console. Graphics are AMAZING. Although there aren’t many games for it yet, some games have been “updated” for the PS5 for have better graphics because the game can detect it’s being ran on better hardware. For example, Fortnite and Call of Duty Modern Warfare have better graphics and run much smoother on the PS5 than the PS4. The graphics include better shadows, more polygons in the renderings of the objects, and more. Other things I would like to point out is that the PS5 is very quiet. The design is sleek. And almost everything about it screams “next gen”. The PS5 dashboard on start has a very “crisp” and smooth feel to it with subtle animations and transitions. The only issues I have had with my PS5 is the limited storage space (can be solved by buying an external drive) and wifi connection issues. Wifi issues that I have experienced have been the most frustrating. Whenever I am downloading a large game, wifi seems to cut off after an hour and I have to restart the console to fix the connection and finish the download. After I am done downloading a game, wifi connection seems to be “flakey” and I have to reset my PS5 to fix my wifi connection; even on a game that had nothing to do with a different game that I downloaded. I get roughly 500 mbps download at my house but when I test it on my PS5, I only get about 80 - 100 mbps. Of course this depends on where the PS5 server locations are but I still have connection issues when playing a game or downloading a game for while. Not sure if this is a hardware or software issue. My PS5 has crashed when playing MW2 remastered about 5 times too for some reason... Pros: - sleek design - games run much smoother and look incredible - quiet Cons: - wifi connection issues - limited storage capacity - not many games - minor software glitches

I absolutely love this beast of a console! The load times and everything else this PS5 is capable of doing is incredible. If you are wanting one and are able to snag one you won’t be sorry!!

I surprisingly got lucky when buying this. I saw someone on social media ordering theirs so I went on the website to order mine. Anyway the PS5 is much smoother than the PS4 I would definitely recommend.

Love it! Great and powerful system. Load times are a thing of the past! One draw back for some maybe is that it’ll give you problems with older TVs. That’s what Best Buy is for so get yourself a new tv!!
