True next gen console. Super fast. Can’t wait for game developers to unlock its full potential. And I have yet to hear the fans turn on. It’s extremely quiet compared to the PS4

Best buy never let's me down. Was able to buy PS5 and Xbox. No problems either with the new consoles or controllers. Just take care of them and you won't have any problems. Simple as that.

PS5 is definitely the way to go. The controller is unbelievable. It is its own headset when you don’t have an actual headset connected to it. Also, PS Plus has cool games if you subscribe.

After a year with this. I really like this. I like how you can turn on your tv and sound bar with just turning on the controller. No complaints and glad I bought it.

Must get. Sick graphics and fast. Although if you use a LAN cable it will not connect right.

It’s hard to give a good review since there aren’t too many ps5 AAA games yet. My unit has been problem free and runs nice and quiet unlike the ps4. Knocking a star because sony released it with missing features and it’s clear that it won’t hit 4k 120fps at least not with crisp textures and advanced lighting like ray tracing. If you’re looking for a tv to pair this with, I’d highly recommend an lg oled. The sony “made for ps5” tv’s are really buggy.

Too big and heavy for my taste. But I like the actual look and design of it. 4k experience good. Good playing

Absolutely love this system. At first I thought it couldn't be that much better than the PS4 but after purchasing this and playing it, it is definitely an upgrade!

The controller is game changing! Potentially too good where it can get a little distracting. I might actually turn it down. I don’t think this product really needs a review. It’s pretty amazing.

Everything I could have asked for. A huge upgrade over my original PS4. Super-fast loading, cutting edge graphics, and even improves the look and performance of my PS4 games.

Love my ps5, great value and the graphics compared to last generation are out of this world. I would definitely recommend it, if you can get your hands on it.

This was a very hard to get item. So was the opportunity presented itself I was a happy camper. This is a xmas gift so I have open the box. I can’t really rate it yet.

If you have a lot of PS4 disks and still want to be able to replay your library, this is the model for you. Otherwise I'd prefer the Digital version as it gives same performance

Awesome console. It’s very quiet. The controller feels smooth. Only downside so far is it’s bulky so it can be hard to find space to store it but make sure you give it room to breathe.

Great experience purchasing this from BB. We had an issue with the first console (clearly defective) and they were very attentive on getting it switched out with another despite the shortage of them. What a great upgrade from the PS4....graphics are awesome.

Was really excited when I got my PS5. It’s great, I especially love the dualsense. It makes the console stand out and the graphics come together making it a great next gen console.

Perfect gaming console. Love the look and the easy user interface. Switching between games is made so convenient and load times are minimal. Only problem I had was the controller experienced stick drift and I’m only about two months in. Hopefully it was just a bad item and won't be an ongoing problem. Other than that I'd highly recommend getting one if you can.

Is it worth $500? YES! But you need to have the right TV to really get the best picture and appreciate the graphics. I only wish they had a few more games to pick from, but that will come soon.

Great upgrade from the PS4! I didnt have many games for it so I went with the digital version. Such great performance and Spiderman plays great on here. Just good luck getting one right now.
