Very impressed with this console. Lots of great features like 0.8 second load times in games, ability to switch between multiple games easily and interface for a facelift from PS4.

Awesome gaming experience everything loads super quick, love that the new controllers have a built in mic with it definitely a must buy if you get lucky enough to score this gem!

Winning it was a process, but I'm lucky I did...took a week to be able to pick it up curbside but other than that I have no complaints. Smooth process picking it up. Happy customer.

Great system but lack of games and i hate how large it is. It's not attractive in my opinion.

The best console out now. The controller is what sets it apart; dual sense is next level. They need to get their version of game pass going though...

But the graphics are so good! The SSD performance is out of this world. Based on hardware alone, I'm optimistic about this generation of consoles. Hopefully developers can keep up!

Been working great since launch. First time buying a console at launch. Controller is very innovative. Really wanted to go down in rating due to onboard storage though!

Great product. Performs very well, even u see 4K loads. Load times are significantly better than PS4, assuming u are playing a PS5 version of the game you own. Overall, a great console.

Console delivers, nothing compared to PC gaming. Process to purchase far too much of a hassle with garbage limited drops that only scalpers can seem to purchase with bots, dont purchase the geek squad protection until the stock problem is addressed. If you do experience console failure like I did after three months best buy has no in store stock to replenish and you will have to go through Sony to have repaired. Overall good purchase, however with the initial investment you could save your money for a bit longer and get into PC gaming.

My teen loves this new gaming system. A great investment so far. If you love PlayStation I would recommend purchasing. Love the design.

I love it, I feel good to be one of the very few people to own one and it’s been a great gaming experience, graphics are crisp there’s not much that can top this.

The wait is over. It’s finally here and it’s great. It really gets a 4.5 out of 5 for me right now only because there arent a lot of great ps5 exclusive launch titles.......and the SSD space will become a problem in the near future. This will quickly change obviously with better titles and Sony approving more SSDs for PS5 use. I chose the digital version because i have been downloading games for years and havent bought a physical copy of a game since 2017. It was an easy choice for me but it will have a bunch of cons for others

Great system with graphics. Only downside so far is that 4K discs seem to have a sound change that mutes the main sound which I have yet to figure out. Works well otherwise.

I've been awaiting one for so long and finally got it. The graphics are a huge upgrade and cannot wait for the exclusive games coming out in the fall. thank you best buy.

This gaming console is really everything I was expecting it to be and more. Some will argue that the disc based console is a better long term investment, but I don’t look at my consoles like an investment. More like a car. Positives - great controller and more acceptable starting price tag, new game capabilities are to die for Negatives - do miss out on the 4K Blu-ray Disc drive, some questions remain about durability / reliability.

Really loving this machine! I'm mainly a pc gamer, but I really love those sony exclusives. Really enjoyed replaying demon souls and will grab ratchet and clank when it releases.

Sony has done it again! As a long time Playstation fan I am highly pleased. Took some work to find this beauty, but it was worth the effort! Dont give up folks, I got one, you can too.

It's a PS5, it's amazing, if you can get one. The only problem I'm having so far is it not waking up from sleep mode. I'm hopeful this will get worked out in a software update.

Excellent gaming system. Not very many titles that aren’t remakes yet but load times are non existent for the games I’ve played so far. System runs hot.
