i was able to get the console less than a week after purchase. Easily walked into the store and picked up with my identification. Best believe i went straight home to plug it up !

Took a star off because the pre order process on the first. Igor was ridiculous. That said it’s an excellent system and the graphics look next gen such as the most recent updates done on Spider-Man: Miles Morales. I got the disk model as I have a lot of PS4 games I wanted to play on it as well as 4K and normal blu ray movies. Dual Sense Controller is more comfortable than it looks at first. Headphone jack super convenient. Recommended

I don’t console game much (im a pc gamer) but honestly I use it more than I thought it would. Mostly for exclusives but the console is great for sure

Got the PS5 on release date. To say the least, I love the console and it’s performance thus far. I am a hardcore gamer and enjoy the new graphics and gameplay. Thank you Best Buy :)

Good upgrade over the ps4 load times are very fast. Coming from pc gaming it is nice to finally have high framerates on the PlayStation exclusives. at 399 it can't be beat.

Amazing console. Haven't played since PlayStation 3, and it is exactly what you'd expect. Graphics are outstanding. I would only seek for more PS5 games.

It's a great game system for me and my family. There are games for all level of gamers. They make setting up the system very easy. All around it's been great for the family.

I really wanted to get a ps5 and best buy did a really good job of giving everyone a change to cop. I EASILY copped and I am now enjoying it very much and it was easy to pickup

Great console if you can get your hands on it. Nowadays I don't see a big difference between having this version vs the disc version.

Signed up for Total Tech and I easily got multiple consoles for my family and myself, runs great, a little load on Startup, but it quickly quiets down.

After the long wait and not being able to locate one I finally was able to get my hands on one and it's a truly remarkable console!!

It’s been almost a year since I was able to purchase the PS5. I’ve used it almost daily and I’m not typically someone who buys a console at launch. Usually it’s better to wait at least a year but after having my PS4 pro for several years I was ready for a hardware upgrade. The PS5 does not disappoint! My only complaint is that I feel it should’ve shipped with a 2TB SSD but that probably would’ve raised the cost a bit too much so I get it. Eventually I’ll expand the storage of my PS5 but for now I’m good. Good luck to everyone still trying to purchase one, it’s worth the wait!

Amazing new system. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Games load fast and work great. New controller is a treat to play with as well.

My husband LOVES the ps5. Didn’t know he’d spend sooooo much time enjoying it! Graphics are amazing! Only thing is it makes my TV screen blink while in use.
