PS5 console is big and needs a stable surface. If on a carpet, buy tile from a home improvement store to keep level and keep heat off the carpet.

Awesome console runs 60fps 4K with ease new ui interface is king of hard to get use to but you’ll grow to love it or maybe not games and quick to open and close

Worth the wait. Amazing graphics. Am glad I was able to get a pre order in so I was able to get it on launch day. Can't wait to see what other games they come out with.

I tried and tried and tried to get one of these for my son and finally did and it does everything and then some. He loves it way better than his PS4.

Very powerful unit and nice looking unit , but I wish Sony can announce what hard is compatible to expand the store , cause there is no enough space for the games.

Looks better in person than the pictures. The controller is the true upgrade here although the white is already getting dirty because of the rear texture holding dirt.

The Greatest and Best looking console I have ever owned. Mainly got it for my son but when I come home from work we play together and its always a lot of fun.

Have only had this system since launch obviously but absolutely love it. I'm not a super gamer but this will definitely make you one. The controller is true next gen.

So good. Love that it has backward compatibility. At first, it seems pretty big but after a while, you don't even notice it as much. Haven't had any problems so far.

Finally got one!! After months and months and fighting off bots like i was will smith off of irobot!! Works flawlessly!!! Dont give up if i can get one you can to!!

Runs perfectly fine from what I can tell and games are on par with performance on my pc. UI was I Little confusing at the start compared to PS4.

15 year old son in heaven! Super excited to finally get his hands on this. Unfortunately, this was our second purchase of the PS5 after the first one stopped working within 2 days of receiving. (apparently, there’s been a few issues with this new console for many others, but that’s a Sony problem). Because of the high demand and no stock, we weren’t just able to swap out for a new one, the return process was easy and store manager was very apologetic and seemingly felt for my uber disappointed chid! Luckily, we’re were able to snag another one, through Best Buy again, just over a week later!!

It’s a PlayStation 5 that should say EVERYTHING if you’re able to get your hands on this console it will not disappoint, it’s a must have.

This product was extremely well manufactured and designed with the best engineering in place. I would hope that all would get a chance to test the systems out.

Waited so long for this PlayStation, I gave it to my boys as a gift for my 23rd year wedding anniversary this past November. I had it hidden for about a week but could not wait until they opened it so we could set the system up to our 65” Samsung NEO QLed 8K TV. To our disappointment even after the big firmware update Sony did for the Samsung TV 4k issue, we were and unable to receive a 4K resolution. We are only to choose a 1080P resolution with 4K option stating unsupported, again we have the newest Samsung Neo 8K TV . Sony has not been Unable to solve our issue after two attempts. First rep hung up on us after stating our TV does not support 4K resolution even though we gave him our model number and repeat it it is an 8K television, so we called a second time right after being hung up on the second rep was a pleasure to deal with he felt our pain even though he was unable to resolve our issue and stated we just have to wait and see what Sony does for future firmware updates. The only thing I can come up with is that with the new Samsung neo 8k TVs they have what they call an Attachable Slim One Connect that you hook all of your HDMI connections to. Sony is going to have to take into consideration like the last firmware update for the sound bar connection with Samsung televisions.

It's a great console, flat out. Best I've ever used, and the controller is amazing. If you can get your hands on one it's totally worth the price imo.

The best money can buy. If you can land this for retail, computer graphics just cant compare for the price. The list of games isnt as great now but give it a year.
