A gift to my husband early 2021 and he plays it on a daily to this day! Console looks great and works great! Only complaint I hear is storage but other than that, perfect gaming system!

Perfect in every way. Gorgeous design, great UI, and incredible games. The controller is an incredible piece of tech too - the haptic feedback is fun, and it first my bigger hands well.

This is true next generation gaming, the control alone is worthy of praise and the speeds are amazing, playing ratchet and clank rift apart definitely shows the power of the ps5.

Best gaming console to date. Super fast loading with games. Nice and quiet, nowhere near as loud as last gen. Love the haptic feed back on the new dual sense controllers. Truly next gen console!

It’s good, got the ps5 since I’ve always wanted one and I grew up on the xbox. Hate that it comes with 1tb, they should offer a 2tb by now but nooo smh!!!

My only complaints are that when you start up the PS5 it sounds like a jet for about 10 seconds and then idles into a quiet buzz. Also my left trigger has become loose somehow after a month and there is very little resistance unlike the my right trigger. Other than that graphics are awesome, load times are awesome, controller feels nice (except my left trigger) & over all nioce console. I just hope I can get my controller replaced with my Best Buy insurance.

I was lucky enough to purchase a PS5 and it’s the best. Love the new control and the fast loading speed. Awesome graphics with exclusive titles why wouldn’t you pick one up. Highly recommended

I love my ps5! It so fast compared to the ps4 and the graphics on this thing are amazing! I’m loving the new controller and also how quiet the ps5 is while playing.

Amazing new console. Visually this is on par with the Xbox Series X but where this console shines is with the new controller. I didnt think it was going to be a big deal but i found myself looking for games that took full advantage of this feature. Feeling the gun triggers breaking point, feeling the pull back of an arrow, the abs on the car activating . Hearing and feeling the left and right steps of your character. All of these elements provide a new level of emersion into the world you are exploring with in your games. Amazing addition to any Gamers set up. This even rivals some modern Gaming PC set ups in terms of performance, Barring the higher end RTX Cards.

The system is so new that the games can cause a total system restart but the controller is amazing, the graphic appeal is very high and the speeds are amazing! Don’t buy from scalpers though!

The Playstation 5 is quieter than the 4, much faster, and the introduction game is so much fun. I absolutely love the new controller. It is a wonderful upgrade from the PS4 and I loved my PS4.

I was lucky enough to preordered one from Bestbuy and I have to thank the store for making it an easy experience. Overall, it's a great machine, I picked it up with a copy of Demon's Souls, and it's been a wonderful experience. It is so fast to load games that I'm still amazed of its performance, the graphics are incredible. Sometimes I just wander around on Demon's Souls just to look at the textures and the weather effects in the game. I know PCs are more powerful but I've always been a console gamer, so for me this is the perfect machine. I hope everyone gets the opportunity to play on one of these without having to pay those astronomical prices scalpers are asking for.

Incredible gaming experience with PlayStations next generation console. The PS5 itself is quite large and can be used in a vertical or horizontal orientation. It gets pretty warm after long sessions but I haven't encountered any issues as a result. The haptic feedback in the controller is marvelous. The added vibrations, sounds and button feedback really bring the gaming experience to a whole new level. So far I've played Astros Playroom and Miles Morales. Both are just splendid games with impressive graphics, sound and controls which make both very enjoyable experiences. My family and I will be spending many hours on the PS5 and can't wait for more games to release.

Easily beats the Xbox when it comes to exclusives and the feeling of a “new” generation of gaming. I am a 13.5 yr xbox live/xbox network member and have been playing since around the Day 1 Launch of Halo 3. Although I clearly do not fit into the oldest-aged population for gaming, I can say that from experience, Xbox hasn’t done much to change the feeling of the xbox. It has remained relatively consistent and that in itself has bored me as each passing year goes by. What little people realize is that both consoles are extremely similar, but the future moving forward is what will have the biggest impact on these next-generation consoles. Playstation has VR releasing and Xbox has just about nothing confirmed from the reports I’ve seen. *Overall this console may have some hiccups but picking this console up 7months after it released has finally become a dream that doesn’t involve only “power.” PS5 is designed differently in that it focuses on performance and download speeds. While the xbox is certainly quick and matches the times of the PS5, it’s the exclusives that it will boil down too. I strongly believe that even if it’s only by a couple of seconds, the PS5 will load it’s exclusives quicker than the Xbox. Although this doesn’t matter, what does matter is how the controller feels. The xbox series x controller is also relatively unchanged with no new and exciting features other than the on-the-fly share button. The Dualsense Haptic Feedback in addition with normal vibration is quite the treat and is one of the primary reasons I invested into the PS5. The xbox kinect was a waste of money even though I still have it and utilize it, but the playstation HD camera is a fantastic accessory that even if it’s only 1080p, still serves it’s purpose. If using a capture card doesn’t suit your need than no problem! The PS5 is designed differently than the PS4 and Sony has decided to heavily implement creativity for those who appreciate streaming more creating digital content. You no longer require the use of a capture card although this is unconfirmed for my personal needs. I just know that you absolutely don’t need a capture card to gain highest benefits streaming. I prefer the way Playstation does it over Xbox now that I am familiar with the Playstation 5 just bc it feels new! Xbox hasn’t done anything to make things feel new and that’s the bc the fan base wants it that way. PEOPLE DON’T LIKE CHANGE. And I am saddened by the xbox community that this is the direction of where things are going bc I WANT CHANGE. Those who can adapt and appreciate chnage will always enjoy life more than those who stick to their bubble. PLEASE BUY THE PLAYSTATION 5 and SUPPORT SONY! Microsoft stopped being innovative after the Kinect failed and motion-detection games ceased to exist. Rip the XBOX. Although if you move to Japan you will find the fastest-growing xbox market in history! HAHA So if you like your xbox that much, MOVE TO JAPAN, they are now booming with the xbox. Unlike the 100,00k pathetic sales of the Xbox One - LIFETIME.

Couldn’t be happier with this purchase! This next gen console truly lives up to the hype. From the graphics to the haptic feedback technology in the controller, the PS5 is truly amazing!

Tried for months to get this and finally did!! Can say it was worth the effort, I love my ps4 but this of course is a massive upgrade, the smoothness of the Home Screen is multiple levels above the ps4, load times are incredible, downloads quicker than ever. What really makes this next gen is the controller! It is fantastic, cannot wait to see how more games include the functions of the controller. Overall it’s a great machine! The ps plus library is a great bonus and astros playroom brings so much nostalgia while highlighting the amazing controller. If you haven’t been able to get one yet keep trying! I know it’s really hard to get one right now, but it’s totally worth it! The updated graphics and SSD make everything so much better! And that Dualsense controller is a game changer! Love it!

I’ve had my ps5 good amount of time now and I absolutely love it! Although one disappointing thing about it is that once you do the updates and operating systems, you only get about maybe 600 gb, which is inconvenient since games these days are just getting bigger and bigger. You could buy an ssd but that also cost money which you will have to fork over if you plan on playing then 3 to 4 games. Overall it’s an amazing console.

Happy I was able to get this, Best Buy was my only chance. Controller is awesome, can’t wait for more games to come out that use the new controller. Runs smooth and looks amazing on 4K tv.
