Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this unit to use as a DVD/Bluray player since it’s made by Sony, and will play any brand DVD/Bluray disc. After just over the 1 year warranty, I bought a few games for it, and they kept freezing (DVD’s played just fine, just wouldn’t allow games to be played.) Found out that it was a common issue when these particular units were built, but no recalls and just out of the 1 year warranty. Disappointing that Sony wouldn’t do anything about their known power pack issue. Glad they have fixed the power pack issue in their newer units, but not happy that they didn’t stand behind their product. I now have a new model that works as designed, and this original one that I just use as a DVD/Bluray player.

Best console

The difference between a ps4 and ps5 is absurd. Its just significantly better in every way possible. Cost a pretty peny but definitely worth every cent.

I like that I can play PS4 games as well as older PS3. I got this for my granddaughter, but I will be getting one for me soon.

He can't get enough of it. He has collected a nice supply of games with it already. The graphics are exceptionally beautiful.

Best Birthday Gift from Best Buy!

I am not an avid gamer but the ps5 is where it is at. My daughter loves the ps5. I Just wish it had more space will be my only complaint.
