This was purchased for my son 9th birthday. He was beyond happy with system. He plays it everyday but we also as a family enjoy playing with him as well. I would recommend this product for five years and up.

Love all the new features and how fast the games load up. The fact that I can have multiple apps open and still go back to where I left off in my game is amazing.

The console is nice and the graphics are such an upgrade from my PlayStation 4. The only problem I have is when watching media. I notice that I have to keep checking my internet connection when I watch tv for too long. I know it’s not my wifi because my other devices are fine. So I don’t know if it’s just my console or if these are known issues. Either way, it was worth the upgrade!

Quick, easy service and the product is 11/10. Employees made it easy for me to just get there and pick my ps5 up without a hassle. The PS5 itself is fantastic! Will use pickup at this Best Buy again.

Unless you got a lot of money to spare, at MSRP and for what I consider a proper one player gamer set up (a couple months ago when I got everything), your looking at over 1040$ AFTER TAX for system set up alone..(disc console @ 499 and tax, 2tb expandable ssd (wdsn850x) @334.99 plus tax, 2 extra controllers @74.99 plus tax. If money is no object hop aboard. NOW if you catch the sales/deals and promos with the rewards programs properly and patiently....I got all of this for just over 700$...but i digress. If your tv is on the wall and console not close enough you now need an extra 8k HDMI (MONOPRICE has very reasonable prices, and I found it cheaper on ebay from them with free shipping (8ft 8k high speed 48gb/s cable 8k@60hz, 4k @120, dynamic, HDR, eARC) ((I paid like 8 bux)) (I also found a 15 ft different brand same specs for like 14$))....I digress again....to fully enjoy the ps5 Properly, your tv must now be a well above average beast (still looking for the right upgrade (75") without killing the bank), and sony recommends their a95k oled which is 3199.99 and only 65"!!! I have found a couple reasonable other brands for less, but one is not available, and awaiting for a good sale for the other. My overall advice is if you have a ps4 PRO...Id stick with it for now, less you just have to have the ps5. Not to mention the flash memory money hustle.....constantly have to burn through the finite memory bc of the size of most games these days (hence the need for the expansion drive upgrade). Extendable HDD are only good for ps4 games...if you have ps5 you have to AGAIN copy paste to internal ssd (further burning flash life) ...AND the first thing you should do that I would recommend is go to Settings-captures and broadcasts-trophies, video clips AND TURN IT OFF. it automatically active from the start. I only played the Astro game, and it sneakedly stored of 5gb of data on pointless clips that I had to delete. granted the ssds are awesome and last a while. but if your one of them heavy gamers, you will fly through it sooner than later costing you a few more hundred for new ssd drives.....

Having SO much fun with this thing!! From the classics (Fortnite) to Hogwarts Legacy and Callisto Protocol (plus 2 more titles I've already got on pre-order)... this platform is amazing!!

It’s a runs perfectly and smoothly. Never had an issue and no problem occurred. Storage could be bigger but I already had a hard drive so it’s all good. Would recommend

This Playstation 5 is by far better the PS4. I love it, the system is exceptional and the gameplay images is sharp, fine, so wonderful. The controller is solid and cool. Great gaming experience.

I was expecting a great time with the Spider-Man games, but was absolutely blown away at the performance of this console! One gift I'm happy I saved for myself!

I was lucky to even find a PS5 since at the time it was sold out everywhere. Really good quality and nothing to complain about. Only possible issue is storage.

Bought on sale in August 2023, always been an xbox guy, and i love this console. The exclusives are great, the UI is great, and the controller is very immersive. Highly reccomned

Its been 2 months with this playstation and overall its been great, i just have to clean it constantly so it doesnt have to get hot and that it doesnt affect its performance
