This was purchased for my son 9th birthday. He was beyond happy with system. He plays it everyday but we also as a family enjoy playing with him as well. I would recommend this product for five years and up.

The console is nice and the graphics are such an upgrade from my PlayStation 4. The only problem I have is when watching media. I notice that I have to keep checking my internet connection when I watch tv for too long. I know it’s not my wifi because my other devices are fine. So I don’t know if it’s just my console or if these are known issues. Either way, it was worth the upgrade!

The console is great overall but the controllers are not so great at times. They seem too much of a short term than long time. I enjoy my PS regardless!! Best buy I’ve ever made in a long time!!

Quick, easy service and the product is 11/10. Employees made it easy for me to just get there and pick my ps5 up without a hassle. The PS5 itself is fantastic! Will use pickup at this Best Buy again.

I absolutely love it! It’s so much better than a ps4! I haven’t been able to stop playing it! Also the lady who checked me out was super nice and helped me with everything I needed.

Finally able to get a ps5 after waiting a few years ... another game console to add to the man cave ... pimped out my PS5 to much my man cave stlye ...

Its been 2 months with this playstation and overall its been great, i just have to clean it constantly so it doesnt have to get hot and that it doesnt affect its performance

I was iffy about upgrading to ps5 due to losing my custom bg but it's worth buying in the end. It was easy to transfer my data using PlayStation plus and no issues.

The console is definitely the best play station out since the ps2 a real entertainment center, and the game gallery really put this console above the competition.

Been a gamer since the 80s. Started with Intellivision, then PS1 all the way to now. Hands down the best experience of any gaming system. If you get a chance pick up one of these bad boys, you will LOVE it!!

Definitely worth buying. I use it for Netflix, WebSearch, Music , and Gaming :)). The PlayStation 5 experience has definitely been an enjoyment.
