Moment i knew PS5s were now purchasable i had to get one. Ordering online was easy and pick up was even more great. Workers at the Best Buy I went to were kind and couteous. Gaming feels all the more better, now to add more to the new PS5 collection!

Everything ok with the purchase, but i didnt get any receipt for the taxes, they told me i was going to receive through my e-mail byt i still havent got anything

After a few weeks, I can honestly say this has been an outstanding purchase. First thing I did was add extra memory with an upgraded SSD and now I have over 50 PS5 games on my console with plenty of room to spare. Sooooo glad I got the digital version.

Nice console and amazing graphics along with smooth gameplay and a nice controller feeling

Overall a good upgrade from the PS4. The only complain I have is to purchase ps plus is like 80 dollars which is required to play online.

I ordered online for immediate pick up in store and the whole process was great. It was ready in less than an hour and there were no issues getting it from the store. My whole family loves the PS5, its great for all ages and our go to for family game night.

I have always enjoyed Playstation, I've owned them all. The easy set-up to the much better downloading process of the PS5 has really won me over. I cant wait to enjoy what Playstation/Sony have in store for the future of gaming.

I order a PS5 online and trade in my old system. as soon as i got to the store I was greeted and feel comfortable right away. The process was wuick and the lady that helps me out is very good on what she do! again thank you for the help

Almost a perfect purchase. But I’m having some minor problems with the 4K/UHD player. As a gaming console it is great, but a dedicated 4K player will be in my future.

I was surprised that I received my order earlier than expected. I loved that the systems box was wrapped in bubble wrap and the box had foam walls inside all around. Great way to ship an expensive game system, Great job!

I don't have much PS5 games but what I played runs great. Storage is still meh. The controller is probably my PlayStation controller is a while.

The performance is fine although its overheating is atrocious. Every hour or so it overheats and sometimes it’ll overheat + shut off

I bought this for a gift but I have one for myself my son is going to love it! He’s been asking for it since it came out!!! I just wish after a few years it would have gone on sale, but I’m glad it’s easier to get and find now.
