I have had this PS5 since June and now its showing a green screen. I did buy a new HDMI cord and still didnt work.

I was shocked by its size when compared to the PS4 I was replacing. I love that it was backwards compatible so the games I already had were not going to waste. The adaptive triggers feel great. Those are just the couple out of the other features from just the controllers. The storage is 800GB which is 200GB less than the Xbox series x with a whooping 1 terabyte ( or 1000GB). But both are the same price for $500. I got the PS5 for the exclusives. Ghost of Tsushima, God of war, the spider man games, ratchet and clank rift apart, and horizon are all incredibly fun games to play on the PS5. The controller only enhances the experience. I would overall recommend the console, the exclusives are fun, a good amount of storage, and the controller is just fantastic.

I wasn’t intending on upgrading to a PS5 until the pro was released. However, my PS4 Pro (Death Stranding edition) was experiencing some wifi connectivity issues. I only had the special edition one for two years and I had to send it in for repairs, causing me to lose all of my data. Because I play with my friends a lot as downtime after work or on the weekends, my hand was forced at that point. I couldn’t operate efficiently with the constant connectivity problems. That being said, I’m glad I switched to the PS5. The load times are about 1-2 seconds long (compared to my old load times at 30 seconds to 1 minute), the graphics are excellent and the controller features are quite an upgrade. The only downside is how LARGE it is. I lay it down horizontally (it’s actually better for your console just an FYI) and it does take up a significant amount of space. But that’s the ONLY con to this system. Now I can display my Death Stranding Playstation and game with friends without worry. I also like how you can switch the color plates on these consoles. I bought the black side plates to give it a blacked out look - very cool!

Additionally, I love the haptic feedback and trigger resistance on the controllers. It brings a new level of immersion to games that utilize the function that has never before been possible. Feeling the tension of a bow and arrow as you draw the string back only adds to the realism of the experience. The PS5 is an upgrade over past generation game systems in nearly every way possible and is well worth the investment. With the PS VR 2 now available and exclusive only to the PS5, it is just one more reason to pick up this system. If you don't have one yet, go buy one!
