    Best console ever made. The only bad thing its not backwards compatibility and cant play music cds. For gaming is the best.

    When my son opened the box on Christmas we found out that it was missing the screw for the base and a the cover of it. I don't know what we can do to get it. Probably someone at your store opened the box because when I received the box it had a ripe on the side of the top lid and I did not paid attention to it until my son opened the console on Christmas and It was missing those items.
