Way more titles, I love the graphics. The controller feels still right in my hands. My son uses it mostly and runs kid frinedly mmos smoothly off lan and wifi. Wish rhe wifi speeds were better as Im not far from my modem. LAN is on point. We have our whole library from ps4. Amazing.

Great update from Ps4...faster, better graphics if you own a 4k TV or upwards, better controllers and sleek design. As a downside is its size and weight...too big and too heavy compared to standard ps4 console.

Loads time for games are crazy fast. Runs whisper quiet. And has some killer exclusives. The only con is that it takes a lot of space on your entertainment center or desk.

Even if none of the PS5 titles are something you are looking into, but you love your PS4, when you pay your PS4 titles, the PS5 acts like a PS4 pro and you get a better experience and load times. Using the M.2 drive is nice and sore are very fast, switching between a game to Hulu is seconds and can do it without needing to fully back out of whatever you are in. The only compliants I have are the controllers due fairly fast, so get a long USB-C cable or buy a second controller. Finally, this thing is tall, if you ever had an OG PS3, it is taller than that. So make sure you have room for that beast.

I've been an avid Xbox fan and user ever since I got into gaming, and I wasn't really needing a new gaming system, but I really wanted to play Baldur's Gate 3. I must say that I have definitely been missing out! This PlayStation loads games so quick, there is hardly any lag, the resolution is beautiful, the list just goes on! The only downside I see with it is the size of the system. I have the version with the disk reader, and it is definitely a lot bulkier and heavier than my previous Xbox. But everything else is awesome!

So far, we've put several games on it and have yet to need secondary storage. Fitting it into our TV stand was a bit of a hassle, and we had to drill a large hole into the back of it so that the cords had room to breathe. It's a bulky, weird-shaped console, but I think it looks more futuristic than an Xbox. The online ordering process went smoothly and it was ready for pickup in about a week after I placed the order.

The PS5 is easily the best gaming console out this generation. Powerful. Amazing graphics. SSD makes load times blazing fast. And also has a bevy of console exclusives you can only find on Playstation. If you're looking for a premium console, the PS5 is it. As a heads up, you should definitely get the standard console with the disc tray or at least spring for it a attachable disc tray since the PS5 is backwards compat with PS4. The only issue I have is that I wish it launched with more storage space but I was able to order a 2TB SSD separately to increase storage so I can hold more games.

The PS5 is personally my favorite console I've ever played with. The controls are so emersive. The coolest thing about the controller is when you get the audio through the controller. The adaptive triggers feel great. Those are just the couple out of the other features from just the controllers. The storage is 800GB which is 200GB less than the Xbox series x with a whooping 1 terabyte ( or 1000GB). But both are the same price for $500. I got the PS5 for the exclusives. Ghost of Tsushima, God of war, the spider man games, ratchet and clank rift apart, and horizon are all incredibly fun games to play on the PS5. The controller only enhances the experience. I would overall recommend the console, the exclusives are fun, a good amount of storage, and the controller is just fantastic.

I was always a Sony game console fan. It's just something better about it comparing to Bill's xbox. Great selection of games, valuable updates, performance is a top notch. I love the futuristic design too. Downloadable games can be dated back to the PS1. Yes, xbox has a lot more older titles available but if you have time to play all these games the choosing of a gaming console is a least of your problems :-)

Coming from a standard PS4 Slim, it has MAJOR improvements on visuals and user interface, and features are continually being rolled out (like Discord voice features and SSD upgrade compatability). Even on games I’ve played multiple times before on my PS4 (Resident Evil 2 Remake and Jedi: Fallen Order), it looks and feels like a massive graphical boost and improvement, and load times are practically nonexistent, even on huge world games like Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Hogwarts Legacy. The haptic triggers and vibrations are a major standout too. I’d highly encourage new players to play Astro’s Playground as the first thing they do. Not only is it the perfect tech demo that shows just how amazing the machine is, but it’s also just a downright fun and great game for free! It demonstrates features on the new PS5 controller that made me sad that developers haven’t used the controller’s capabilities to its full extent yet. It’s also got a lot for Playstation history lovers to discover! The only downside to the system is the default memory. It’s just not enough when you’d like to download all the PS5 versions of your favorite games. It’s especially tough for massive multiplayer games like any recent Call of Duty game or Destiny 2, so you have to be conservative until you get a new SSD to connect, which can cost anywhere between $150-$300. Other than that, the games are also $10 more than PS4 versions, which can really break the bank when you want to experience the best of the system. Pro tip: get a decent HDD for your PS4 games to help with your storage management! Over all, I love this system and I don’t regret getting it for a second. Prices will change, that’s the way the world works, but I haven’t had this much fun on a Playstation in years! Just get yourself an ethernet cable, set aside some funds for the games you want and storage upgrades, and get ready to be immersed in the future of gaming.
