Customer support helped me decide between PS5 and the Xbox series S. I ended up getting the PS5 which I couldn’t be happier with.

The console is beautiful, bulky but i love that it is standing. It runs smoothly and has a beautiful resolution. it loads my games quick and doesnt take a while.

I'm a huge Playstation fan I've had every single new model release since PS1. I don't want to say I'm disappointed But PS5 is definitely not what I would have expected for everyone going crazy over it and paying twice and 3 times the value. Its huge like absolutely ridiculously huge. The design is kinda cool but its also kinda stupid. Make sure you have a spot to put it because its the size of a Sound bar subwoofer. I bought the Disk model simply for more flexibility on where I can purchase games and if I decide to use a blu-ray or dvd , (since it takes up so much space might as well serve multiple purposes.) As far as Functionality the menu is a bit different but not where you can't figure out things as a PS gamer. The Controller is ho hum feels kinda cheap honestly. Buttons are loose right off the bat, speaker sucks and takes multiple steps to get game chats to go back to the tv. A bit ridiculous. It is nice that you don't need a head set. But you should get one because the Controller sound is awful. PQ is really good. Loading times are definitely an improvement vs my PS4 Pro But honestly that about it. The games that are out to me are crap. Give me Red Dead 3 ,Mafia 4, GTA6. Seems Playstation was just trying to suck people in by great PQ but not quality games. Seriously I'm not playing Spider-Man. Glad I paid $500 because PS5 is definitely not worth a cent more. Maybe I would give it a 5 star rating if it was smaller had a better quality controller provided without having to spend another $200 on the Pro controller. Which honestly seems worth it. Better audio setting options without going through hoops to set up preferences. But this is a Playstation Gamers only option. So here we are.

At this point, PlayStation has won the console war, and it’s well deserved (not that Microsoft tried very hard in the end there). My favorite thing is the controller. Most comfortable controller I’ve used. Performance is incredible, even despite the ps5 slim and ps5 pro having come out.

This is the best console out at the moment! The DualShock controllers are designed for comfort and entertainment as well. The best console I’ve had in a longe time and the game collection is amazing.

I would definitely recommend this item to anyone who is a gamer or even just new to gaming in general very new gamer and veteran gamer friendly. The graphics are insane on whatever you play, the load times are non existent, switching between apps and games is near instant, controller’s haptic feedback is super immersive, did I mention you can play your PS4 games on it and a lot of PS4 games have unlocked frame-rates making the graphics even better when played on the PS5 the list can keep going on and on. Point is buy it you won’t be disappointed.

For one this thing is HUGE and I love it. at the same time if you’re looking for something that will fit in a little space. This is NOT small maybe 2-3x larger than the 4. It’s the first console I’ve bought. It’s actually quiet (I thought I would hear it) the visuals and graphics are wonderful. It’s very modern. Set up takes a minute but very customize-able. One thing I’m not fond of is the amount of space for downloads. The software itself takes some and then most games that I think are “worth” playing are heavy. You will have to get an external storage if you’re like me.

Love the speed of startup to game loading. Smooth graphics. Wish controller battery life was longer but otherwise love the new controller.

I waited 2 years after the release to finally buy. It was worh it. The speed of this thing is superb! It's a bit bulky but im a big buyer for disk copies. My bf is a avid xbox user and has been stuck to my 5 and left the box collecting dust. I did end up buying the internal storage expansion and it was super easy to install ( and im no where near technology advance)

Delivered ahead of time and has brought me into the next generation of consoles , Overall great buy and if you are still considering jumping the gap now is a great time to do so , especially with most new games being released with only support for the new consoles
