Got as a gift for my husband few years back. Still runs and looks amazing and he is happy! A very good upgrade from his old PS4.

It’s hard to say no to my nephew who happens to also be my godson. Kid jus graduated from hs with honors and star baseball player. Headed to college. Great role model for his brothers and jus all around good respectful young man. He says TT I really want a PS5 I say nephew it’s waiting at the service desk for you to pick up. He grabbed it and has been in heaven ever since. Definitely a great purchase and I haven’t heard any complaints. I have one for myself as well and I say out of all the PlayStations I have gotten by far I like this one the best!!!

Overall, it's great. I like the design, and I'm able to play all the games on it. My one tiny complaint is the storage, I wish it had a lot more.

Graphics are amazing and fps is solid in every game I’ve played and with loading times being almost non existent compared to last gen consoles

Great deal i got with a game. Came in great shape it heats up after more than 2 hours of gameplay but other than that very fast loading.

It is what it is, great gaming console for sure. Minor flaws you gotta be careful with like the hdmi port, but overall good and fast

I almost had buyer's remorse, but after loading everything and actually playing a game on it. Wow, speed and performance was fantastic. Plus the graphical upgrade was really noticeable.

This was a really beneficial and productive purchase! I was able to sign up and get approved for the credit card which gave me a discount towards my purchase. I really like have the credit card in handy as I can make payments within my balance and so on. My brother really loved this as a birthday gift and it was the best purchase I have made, would totally recommend to others and the Best Buy team/cashier helping me that day were so incredibly helpful and so grateful for all their help. Customer service was amazing!

Bought the ps5 as a graduation gift and my kids love it... its been a great entertainment addition in pur home... the speed and graphic quality is amazing.

Works great! It loads fast and games look really clear on the tv screen. The fan is a little louder than expected (louder than an Xbox), but otherwise great product.

It runs very smoothly and looks imposing on the TV cabinet. I have been playing Spider-Man almost exclusively, and it may be the best video game I have ever played.

Amazing console. Sony had outdone themselves with this next gen console of Playstation line. 50 hidden secrets. Took a while to figure out how to turn off controller while playing videos. Simply, hold down the playstation home button on controller and keep holding after you bring the movie up the movie that you want to watch. Then select app for movie by pressing X. Then press X again to unpause all while holding home button down and the controller will turn off and movie will play. Its tricky at first, simple after that.

So far it’s been a great (and much needed) purchase. Definitely an improvement over the PS4 even without a 4K tv. Controller battery could be better.
