    The platform is everything i hoped it would be. Its awesome. However, i have a significant complaint...The controller is uncomfortable. SONY seemed more concerned with making it look cool, then with making it fit the hands comfortably. The molded black and white plastic pieces of the controller dont fit flush and smooth. Instead there are noticeable ridges that irritate my hands over time. PS4 never had this issue. Sony clearly wanted an innovative design, but they sacrificed user comfort to be cool looking. That is significantly disappointing. The performance of the console is great, so ill live with the imperfections of the controller. But, I'd like to see a new, ergonomic controller offered as an alternative to the bundled version.
