The console is actually pretty good, i needed a new one since i had ps4 and some games are being released exclusively for PS5. The image quality is noticeably good, and overall the experience is awesome.

Before I bought my PS5 I was in and out of jail but the day I bought this game system it changed my life forever. I found God and the love of my life. I've never been happier. I found so much peace once i bought it.

Despite a price tag that seems step to many, these next-gen consoles, PS5 specifically, are actually such a great value. The load up times from the SSD are extraordinarily faster than the HDD of PS4. Not to mention, you can expand storage with an M.2 SSD (specific speed requirements recommended for best performance). The ability to play many games at 60 FPS is a game changer. The only problem with that is you become spoiled and never want to experience any games at less than 60 FPS. Overall, this machine is better than many mid-level PC builds.

Excellent next gen console with great exclusives. However for the price packaging must be more organized. Not just thrown inside of a box in a rush.

The customer service when I bought it was very good. It is a good machine better than what I’ve had I like that you could put the disk in. I do not like to download off the Internet enjoyed it so far.

Great game. No support from Geek Squad to set up console. They send you to manufacturer. Sad considering what it cost.

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day, he hasn't really played it much because im on it when he get in, my new best mate..lol P.S. buy any internal memory stick for added space.

Awesome console! Increíble graphics and gaming games experience. The box it came in was a little beat up, but that was about it.

Best Buy purchase was good, product itself was horrible. Stopped working after a year, was constantly having to replace controllers

well i had to buy a new one to replace my other ps5 due to lightning strike. other than that it is great.

Great product but the storage is trash for this generation's console they force you to upgrade and pay more to put a new hard drive.

I had the system for a while now and haven't had any issues. This is the second system I have purchased. The only issue is memory size and controllers can be damaged easily if not careful.
