The ps5 I purchased was in great condition and their customer service was great. They help me with everything I bought and I certainly would go back to that location.

I love the improvements from the PS4 and I’ve always been team PlayStation. I will say, since taking this out of the box I’ve had it crash multiple times. I’ve never had my PS4 crash a single time but with the PS5 it’s been a constant thing. It has good air movement and I keep it free of dust but still have issues. Sounds like it’s pretty common so just beware.

Best thing i have purchased so far. I didn’t need the disk reader and this was the best solution to that helped to keep all my games on my system and not have to worry about my disks getting damaged.

Shipping was quicker than expected and the console arrived in great shape. The console itself is amazing and boots up quickly as well as plays with great stability.

Love the console only thing is i hear a noise at startup as if the disc drive is hitting something
