    I was lucky enough to snag one before the holidays. The console works as expected. I really enjoy the updated controller. Don’t like the UI as much as the PS4, but I’m sure it’s just a matter of getting used to it. Ps5 library is currently lacking a bit, but we’re looking forward to more titles coming out in 2022.

    Great fast loading times and the graphics are excellent! The controller is truly the best I have ever used. The system does need updates to add more features (currently it hasn’t happened) like the ability to purchase HD movies from PSN.

    Very smooth buying process for me! Store representatives were very informative and personally gave a call to notify about preorder pickup information. Couldn’t have chosen a better retailer to purchase my PS5. Now in regards to the PlayStation itself, Sony definitely stepped it up this time around with the design and features. I love everything about it.
