Pros - Great console! Love the games that are available for the platform, the console is capable of running games at a high graphical fidelity while maintaining a good framerate. The design, while I was skeptical at first, is a really nice eye-catcher and the monotone design fits in a lot of spaces palette-wise. Cons - Barring the availability issues of the console, I only ended up being able to play a total of about 100 hours of gameplay before my controller suffered from the worst drift I've ever experienced. At first, it was subtle, slight bumps upwards when moving the right thumbstick, throwing off my aim. Now, it will go all the way to the top of the viewpoint with no input, and even with input sometimes. In addition, the back of the controller has this textured design reflecting the Playstation staple buttons (X, circle, square, and triangle). It actually looks very nice, but it collects dead skin or anything else on your hands and requires a toothbrush or other fine cleaning brush in order to clean.e

Great for gaming. Only downfall is size of box. Dont care for color wish it had options.

Solid graphics and once the games catch up without the bugs it will be the best PlayStation thus far.

Not only was it supremely convenient (being that they brought it to my car), but I paid on the day it was supposed to become available, and got it on the day it was released. I don’t even have buyer’s remorse because I saved for six months for it, and Best Buy made the transaction the easiest possible decision to make...almost like it was meant to be. I’ve had every major console since the 90’s, but never had a day one release. You don’t know how pleasantly satisfied I am. Thank YOU!

I bought this ps5 almost a year ago. I’ve had no problems with it and the games are great.

Amazing console if you can get one for retail! The graphical equivalent of an rtx 2080 TI for all of you PCMR out there.
