I had been trying to get a PlayStation 5 since launch day in November with no luck until January when I finally managed to get one. The design is amazing and really futuristic but at the same time modern. The launch titles are a bit weak and the inability to transfer over physical games into digital games is very annoying since all of my ps4 games are physical copies. Outside of that everything about the system works as advertised and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.

Great console. Very easy setup. Graphics are amazing and the motion sensor remote is amazing as well.

Love the haptic feedback from the DualSense controller. User interface in 4K and HDR really pops on my new LG OLED.

The system is huge! However it’s nice your able to stand it up out of the box with out additional spending. Awesome system

Can't believe I was able to actually get one! loving it so far, upgraded from a day 1 ps4 and enjoying every minute of it.

The PS5 is phenomenal, It looks futuristic and glossy. The best Console so far. My fiancé is soooooo excited and thankful.

Graphics are amazing. Smooth play! System is bigger than previous systems, so make sure you have room. Super quiet!

The system arrived a few days after the release with no damage to the products or any other issue. System looks great, plays great, and controller is pretty cool. Games and updates download quicker too. A couple of minor issues bugs (such as the "queued for download" thing) and issues with the UI hiding things (like party chat), but that's not Best Buy's fault (neither were the previously good mentioned things) so I won't mark down the score for it. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

New dualsense controller is great. It would be nice if they were more widely available. Overall an excellent console.

I love this product, it is everything I was expecting and more! Just a little hard to get because of the shortage.

Finally able to get my hands on one and I absolutely love it! Only downside is, its too big but its great!

I’m upgrading from a base ps4. The quick loading times, dual sense controller, and playing on performance mode make gaming super immersive. Let’s be real; Sony wants you playing on a 4K 120hz tv like their x900h, but many people like myself don’t have one. I know, I know. I gotta upgrade soon, but I’ll tell you that by playing on a 1080p 60hz tv will still make world of a difference to you, too. Once the ps5 becomes more available to purchase, don’t hesitate to buy one. Glad to help out.

Best next generation console available. Once you pick up the controller you will know what I mean.

Besides the fact that this was nearly impossible to find it was definitely worth the wait! Only thing I can complain about is the HDMI cable it came with. Everybody claims that the cable is recommended and good enough but it seems kind of cheap and sometimes I’d have to reset the video settings on the computer some so that lines wouldn’t show up on my screen (2019 LG OLED). Might just be my TV settings but every time I’m able to fix the problem by replugging the HDMI.....so who knows.

Got this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. Worth the wait. Easy to use and pictures quality a lot better

I love this product. There are no complaints once you have the ps5. Just kinda sucks about the supply.

Super awesome PS5, the graphics are awesome and the look of the game console is definitely next generation.
