Pretty darn good system but!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love my PS5, zero complaints so far but I will mention that when I was randomly playing Spider-Man Miles Morales, my system froze/crashed for a solid 10 minutes. No controller feedback/response, no system response at all either at first.. Eventually after reading some tips/suggestions I tried one more time holding down the power button on the front of the console and finally (this was the 3rd attempt mind you) it shut off. Pop up message after I turned it back on “PS5 turned off in a wrong way please don’t do that” I’m more or less is what it said. Would’ve given a 5 star if not for this issue but hopefully it doesn’t happen again, only time will tell! Outside of that - no problems. Love my console, hope everyone gets an opportunity to snag one. Well done PlayStation!
