Great console, super quiet, beautiful graphics. Happy with this purchase!

Great console of course, however i was extremely satisfied with the help i received from Cameron (hopefully spelling it right) from my best buy location in Woodland Hills. I asked the front if they had any in stock and they had said it was sold out, but when i asked cameron he went a step ahead and tried to find one in the back. He grabbed the last one and i told him it was a gift for my friends wedding. If he sees this i just want to say thanks again!

Hard to get one, but worth it! Blazing fast, amazing graphics, and can play 4k blu-rays. Only way to play God of War!

My husband and I have been wanting this thing since it first came out. But recently got our financial situation taken cared of and got this along with hogwarts which has been very addictive to both my husband and I. But man I didn’t expect this thing to be huge. But we love it. That’s all that matters! Now my husband’s 7 year old ps4 can finally take a break XD

[Employee of bestbuy] With the exception of my gaming PC this is the next best thing. Ive had everything and was mainly an xbox player but can confidently say the PlayStation definitely beats all of the xboxs right now. Apex Legends in particular is much better on Playstation along with fortnite, call of duty and rocket league. The new spiderman game is also the best Ive played.

AWESOME!!!! Really enjoying the family funtime on the Playstation 5 on my new Sony TV in 4K. The colors look so crisp and the gameplay is great. I wasn't sure if I wanted a Playstation or XBoX but after playing both, checking put each systems options for games, I went with the PS5. I feel like it was the best choice for all my streaming and game play and wish i hadnt waited so long to join the fun.

Son is obsessed months later after purchasing! Great graphics no lag so far works great no issues remote works long after charging One complaint I’m sure we all have is we wish the console was slimer cuz boy does it take up space but overall awesome

PS5 has the best graphics and games. I upgraded from Xbox and no comparison . Great discision

Quick and easy process to order online employees were incredibly helpful during pick up as well! PlayStation stock storage capacity is laughable but with a new SSD inserted yourself it’s fixable. I’ve bought a second controller now and it’s obvious Sony is sending out the cheapest made controllers with the PlayStation in box which makes sense but was still slightly disappointing to learn.

I honestly find a PS5 Very cool, i am really excited for future update to come with discord and future games like call of duty to spiderman. I am really happy for the creation on console because i been a gamer my whole life. I have glaucoma sadly but i always will be happy to play on PlayStation

Never regretting this purchase my free time became more fun

The set-up was very user-friendly with helpful instructions. The interface and navigation within the home screen took a bit to get used to, but were overall intuitive. Astro's Playroom was a great distraction whilst the first games downloaded, and was a very enjoyable playtime experience! I would say my only gripe is that the console seems to heat up a bit, but perhaps that's to be expected with any game console.
