Great system to get, highly recommend for anyone.!

was ok with most of this purchase. said it was "open box{ item being sold. when I picked it up at the store it did not have the box and they couldn't tell me why. a little strange I thought.

Was easy to order and pick up in store I had no issues. They even explained things about the system since it my first PlayStation so far I’ve had no problems set up was straight forward and I put it on an open shelf so had plenty of room to ventilate

Was easy to find and grab for a Christmas present.

Great graphics and and upgrades from PS4. You need to have a good gaming TV if you want to enjoy those benefits. Horrible storage where you need to spend 200 bucks on a internal drive for more storage.

Exactly what I expected from my purchase. Maybe I should have bought the disc version, but regardless, I’m satisfied with what I got.

Great console! Fast loading times. I always been a PlayStation fan and this console doesn’t disappoint. The storage is a bit low for me but other than that amazing console.

Adult gamer coming from NES and PS1 era. Didn’t play anything in between. There was a longer learning curve to learn the buttons but I enjoy it now and glad I have a PS5.

I bought my PS5 from Best Buy about a year ago. Never had issues with it. That's why I always buy my electronics from Best Buy because they are the best.

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and I’m super excited to give it to him and I know he will in enjoy and I saved my money for this bc I know he will love it and I can’t wait to see the smile on his face when I give it to him

I like the console it’s a bit expensive and so are the games but overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase and will continue to shop with Best Buy.

Bought this along with the Spider-man plates and I am enjoying it so far. Play multiple games. One place where it lags is streaming. I normally stream though my Xbox and have no problems. The PS5 seems to have buffering issues when streaming.

The console is everything they say. Runs great games play amazingly. The down side to ps5 is the same as all previous psn. They fix psn it’s 5 stars

Definitely an upgrade from the regular ps5, Love the extra storage it has.
