After years of hunting for a PS5 I finally got lucky! I managed to get the 1200 series which presumably has better cooling, loving it so far!

Customer service was excellent. I brought in my broken PS5 and they replaced it with a brand new PS5 awesome.

Console works fine, controller started to suffer from drift issue on the left thumb stick. Very disappointed as these controllers are quite expensive to replace.

What can I say it’s a PlayStation 5. I mainly use it for playing 4k blue rays. Gaming is a plus.
