Horrid customer service!

Within 30 days of purchase, the PlayStation began overheating and shutting down. Dan was free from obstructions and software was updated. Took the unit back to BestBuy for an exchange at which point they refused and told me I have to deal directly with Sony. I bought the PlayStation from BestBuy and they should make things right. The manager at the Owings Mills store, who identified himself as “Peacock” and was extremely dismissive. Great Customer service Peacock.
