Not enough space. My boys love their game but unfortunately the HDMI port break very easily. Be careful not to move the game around.

Ok, but not better than ps4. Some issues with games loading even from the disk.

I've only had the console a few months and my controller already is malfunctioning.

I didtnt really care for the controller coming from xbox. The mic inside was cool but not the size of it.

Wish when you set it up it would tell you if you put the disk in the correct way. But i really like it and the controller is amazing.

It's great for gaming but there aren't a lot of games to play on it at all that are new-gen

This was a good buy for my Grandson he really enjoying it he just needs another controller so his brother and others can play with him

Next generation and has amazing titles. Im thankful I switched from xbox main. I have the series s to get the xbox titles that may come out. But this ps5 is absolutely perfect and i have never played so many games before.

I bought this system under the terms I was going to receive a free game for upgrading from a PS4 to PS5 according to two emails I received, and an online invitation that had a qr code to scan. After not seeing the option for the free game in the online PS store I called customer service, and they told me they'd escalate my case, then I received an email to send them the email invitations I received. So I sent them the info, and then three days later they wrote back and told me I don't qualify for the free game after I met all their conditions: purchase before Oct.20th, upgrade from PS4, receive an email invitation, and they still denied me a free game which costs them nothing when it's in digital format. They baited me and a lot of other customers into buying this system under false pretenses. When I called customer service to ask why I was denied they said they couldn't tell me, their decision is final, and there's nothing else they can do for me. Deceptive practices. I wonder what else they'll lie to us about. Well no worries for me because I'll never buy another one of their products ever again. Never had this problem with Xbox which is made right here in the USA.

My kids got this for Christmas they love it so far. Set up was easy and I like that I can limit playtime and accounts on it.

I was extremely happy when I purchased my first ps5 I saved up for two months to buy it. Then when I got home the power port or wire was having issues when the console was slightly moved but I decided to ignore and leave it alone as I wasn’t going to be moving the console. Eventually while playing games it would also randomly turn off. Then now while it was off it randomly started to smoke so I took the power port out the ps5 and let it stop steaming. After it stopped I tried connecting it back on and it was making noises every time I connected the power wire to the ps5 console. The ps5 is in warranty with Sony but geek squad told me they can’t fix it that I’d need to ship it out for 3 weeks to get evaluated and fixed. Which is extremely inconvenient as I got a faulty console to begin with and as store policy they should be able to fix it for me as I bought it off them. I was happy at first now unsatisfied…. If possible someone please help I bought it at northern Blvd Best Buy by woodside in Astoria queens New York 11103

Its been 2 years since the PS5 launched. I been wanting one since but swore to never buy one for more that retail price. Early in the morning last week I randomly checked the Best Buy app.....and there it was!!!

It’s cool. I think for what it is, they could be the way it’s made but there’s no reason to not go or stay with it.

Plays just as expected. The one main downfall of the new system is there is no internet explorer. So far, so good otherwise.

I was fortunate enough to be able to get one of these for my granddon for Christmas He told Ssnta the other day he wanted a PlayStation for Christmas so he is hoing yo be surprised when he sees it

I was really disappointed to know this concole do not delete single save data when its full. To have to transfer data to another drive. Im really disappointed with my ps5. So disappointed i went back to play my ps4.

I’m glad I finally grabbed a PlayStation 5 after 2 years. It’s great time to buy one since it’s a Xmas gift. Thank you BestBuy for making the purchase easy and pick up in-store easy too.

I love this! The DualSense doesn't feel like a normal controller and the games speed of download and online play are insane fast! Can't wait to see what more games and features to come!

Great console with good exclusives, but with a lack of a good game pass competitor and being inferior to xbox in performance, ps5 lags behind
