Took a long time for my order to be ready to pick up everything else came like it was supposed to

I bought the PS5 so my partner could play Diablo 4 with me. Compared to my PC, Diablo 4 ran slow and the graphics were substandard. A high end video card on a PC renders the graphics with realistic, beautiful detail. The PS5 just can't keep up. I returned it and got her a PC instead.

Got the blinking blue lite of death… dont know what to do now

Sony is an extremely predatory company, they couldn't care less about their customers, which you know very well if you've ever bought anything from this disgusting company. They want your time and money, and they will go any length till they get it. Sony is truly the most sinister company in existence. I and everyone I know, has regretted every dollar they've ever handed over to these predators at Sony.

After months and should i saw years looking for the device my local best buy had it avaible for sale in the store. I was so appky especially with Christmas around the corner

I got this for my son for Christmas. I was so excited to give it to him, santa stopped by early this year. Store is always amazing in Champaign. Never have any issues.

The console itself of course is consistent but the controller it comes with is not so solid. There was a glitch after 2 months and had to buy another controller which after 15 days another glitch and Best Buy would not exchange after 15 days. Very very disappointed with their policy.

A year later and it keeps shutting off saying it's too hot, my kids haven't used it in months and finally got my middle the bluey game and she can't even play! It's 2 weeks passed warranty!!!

PS5 started crashing whenever I tried to run PS5 games. Just a PS4 with better processing at this point. Very disappointed it’s looking like I’ll have to pay to get it repaired. I’ve heard this is happening with others, might wanna think again before spending $400 on one.

I've had the PS5 now for about a month and have been loving it. Definitely worth the upgrade, and the availability doesn't seem to be much of a problem anymore.

Long loading times unoptimized games . It is really telling when some games run better on google Stadia than the ps5.

Its ok i mostly play my Xbox series X. I only use it for God of war and spider man.

As good as i thought it be. It’s PlayStation. The major addition is the controller.

To be fair this was an open box item. It was not worth the hassle. The warranty was void by the time I opened the box. Bestbuy and Sony refused to help with this item. The hard drive surprisingly was failing probably why it was returned. Companies with over $1,000,000,000+ in in net income told me it was my fault and had to east the cost of $300 for them. smh

PS5 is a great console, I love the updated features and speed compared to the PS4.

Marketing overrated. Item not correct one asked for from associate. Hurried the sale.

Let the games begin. If you can find one, that is. I was lucky enough to join the Total Tech program, which gives members a chance to buy select items.

Great console, need the gift card! Would be a really good gift for my nephew.

Sometimes the sound doesn’t work. Other HDMI items on my Samsung TV are fine.
