Finally was able to purchase a PlayStation five. This was a great buy. My grandkids is going to love this game. I love it already.

It is great blessing to have never paid scalper prices for this console. I almost caved in but I was able to avoid it. Thank GOD!

It took me a long time to get it and I’m so happy with it now. So glade I had totaltech that made it possible for me to get it.

Glad I can finally play some of the PS5 exclusives as well as old PS4 games that I used to play while I still had my PS4.

If you love complication, handing over all your personal data, and the way new things generally work these days then you might love it. If you can remember the days when technology performed what its function was and didn't make you go through a million menus, options, settings, configurations, PINs, passwords, etc then you'll have some idea why I found it so frustrating. I gave this thing away after playing it just once (with very noticeable input lag) since the return period is so short. I tried to put in a blue ray movie disk and never in 3 tries even made it to the disc menu, just console menus, internal disk checking, etc. Maybe I'm just too old. Or maybe the way they make these things now sucks. I'm sad because I also got the 2TB expandable storage too. Major waste of money and sanity.

Controllers started making noise after using it for a few weeks. The device is big, which doesnt attract users although it has software capabilities. Small storage

I’ve had the ps5 for 3 months and the disc already messed up so when I turn it on it doesn’t sound the same and the disc won’t work at all so all the games I bought I can’t use. For being so pricey it’s a piece of garbage thanks PlayStation

I own one. This was a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. They wanted this game system and the other functionality.

Overall poor game selection unless you want to pay a huge premium. I've bought 2 PS5s in the last 3 years. They melt down about every 18 months. In comparison my PS2 still works. Might be OK if you have half a dozen grand kids bothering you but I don't recommend for personal use. Too expensive to break every 18 months. Totally not worth it. Just Google "PS5 3 beeps". Literally referred to as the "beeps of death"

Great product worth the price. I finally was able to get this system. It's going to make a great Christmas gift.

I was very disappointed find out the two weeks later you had the same item that included Spider-Man two game for the same price and I was not able to exchange it and get the item. I even spoke with the sales guy that I purchased this wrong and he insured me that that was the case that I would be able to do that because it was a price match. as long as the item was an open and it’s not because it was a Christmas present for my grandson .I was like you and I was very disappointing Best Buy and probably will not purchase anything there again.

I bought this PS5 because I’ve had good experiences with Sony products in the past; However, within 4 months of having it, it completely gave out and now won’t turn on. It hasn’t been moved or tempered with. Many people complain about the quality of the PS5 and I’m one of them. I tried reaching out to Sony but it’s hard to get any help for the manufacturers warranty. If you do buy this, I highly recommend geek squad warranty. It seems as if I’ll have to repair it out of pocket for a basically new PS5.

Great console! Compatibility with PS4 games is a great feature. Instant library of games if you have the PS4.
