Disappointed package arrived all torn up on the outside by being thrown around.

Wait time in between pick up takes too long. should be next day pick up or 2 days at most after ordered. The Torrance best buy did great quick and good service.

PS5 doing PS5 things. All good so far. Disc operation could be a bit quieter. Storage could be bigger, but they made upgrading it so anyone could do it.

Ps5 digital kept turning off into rest mode randomly. Changed the settings on the console so it would not turn off but it would still randomly turn off and would jump the breaker for the room. I attempted to connect in a different outlet and different room and would still continue to do the same thing and shutoff or go into rest mode in the middle of a game. Would not recommend to anyone.

Has to return it because the PS5 wasn’t reading any games

Play station has horrible customer service and horrible security measures. They allow anyone to hack accounts, make charges, and they block your account and refuse to give refunds for charges made by a hacker after they allowed access. Won’t buy play station ever again, will stick to Xbox

Its a good console but the vrr setting is kinda weird caused my tv to flicker somtimes so i just turned it off

the PS5 we received would not load the game disc and was returned we are still awaiting the replacement.

Color Is Not as Good As PS 4 or PS 3.. The money Invested In My Purchase 5 is not worthy

The thing I love most about this console is its incredible games and the speeds of this console are also very good the only thing that kind of bugs me is its storage. I love having a wide spread of game options and with the 800gb that it has is kind of a downfall of this console especially to those gamers who love having a wide spread of game options to play like me. There still is a easy fix and that is to just buy a storage hardrive for like $150.

Playstation 5 did not have operating software installed. I had to install the software in order the the console to play or use any apps.

I bought this PlayStation It's broken the SSD is bad all it does is freeze no help from anyone so I have just been sitting on it for months untill yesterday when I recycled it.

Broke in less than a year I would get a digital version or buy the Warranty forsure
