PS5 was quick to ship and packed very well. Worked and is still working great! For those of us who prefer black gear over white, they make 'skins' for the console as well as for the controllers.

Im more then happy with what i got!! The graphics are amazing and gameplay is smooth not much different of a game library then ps4 but im sure that will change with time

The PS5 is fantastic. My fiancé was totally blown off his feet when he opened it on Christmas. He played spiderman for 6 hours and said it was amazing.

The product is great overall. Wish it had more storage. while I like being able to download games directly to the PlayStation it takes a long time to download and I have to buy more storage

This is the best video game console ever, it has better graphics than an xbox one and one x that I will never go back to an xbox. Then two it has better quality for the remote too.

This is my first time owning a playstation and it is fantastic! Games look and run so smooth I definitely recommend if youre looking for a good console.

Received as a Christmas gift to replace my malfunctioning PS4. Seems really powerful, but the design is massive and it can be hard to find a good spot to place it comfortably. UI is fairly intuitive. I'm more of a fan of the PS4 controller; PS5 controller is a bit chunkier, but still feels pretty comfortable overall. Plays DVDs/Blurays very well.

The console runs more smoothly and way more graphical then the PS4. Not All my games have been updated but other than that so far so good.

Order placement and pick up was easy and straight forward, no mix ups or any issues. Console works perfectly and is feels amazing to play on.

What can I say? It's a PS5. Works as advertised. There aren't a ton of great games this console generation, but the ones that do exist play great on PS5

Love this upgrade from my PlayStation four. It runs so smooth and you can barely hear that it’s on. I would highly recommend this over any other console , and even PC.

I have always been a Xbox player but with the availability of this console I would give it a try. I love it, and the expandability of the hard drive makes it so nice. I do plan towards single player relaxing games but this one has it both. I do still enjoy my Xbox but as a secondary console that is starting to become my first it is pretty nice. This is the first Playstation I have owned since PS1. I know games have been dry lately with the pandemic, but since I haven't played the exclusives I get that oh nice feeling. The VR2 is so much fun and easy to setup which also adds to the value.

The PS 5 is an excellent product, easy to set up and has great speed. The only thing that exceeds my new PS5 is Best Buy’s customer service. Great job team.
