Finally got one, I wasn't impress when the retail box is yet again ripped from bestbuy. I quickly found out internal storage was not enough to migrate my PS4 games. I had to buy Samsung 990 m2 ssd 2Tb & an external Samsung 2tb ssd to store ps4 games and use the internal expanded storage for PS5 games. Controllers are expensive, the initial $499 is just the beginning, lots of $$$ for accessories and storages. The game play is good. Just a bit pricey

I love it. I still love my ps4, but this was my birthday present. I hate the case design, but other than that I have no complaints. I've tried to upload photos, but they failed.

Good price and wonderful cs. Usually getting your hands on this console is a little hard but they had a lot on store I just went to the front asked for what I wanted and they got it for me.

I've always wanted to have a PS5, but could never get one due to scalpers. Once I was finally able to get one, I walked into the store and grabbed it easily. Can't wait for the Playstation 6

I actually haven’t opened it yet because it is a Christmas gift but it is a brand new console ps5 and picking up was fast and easy can’t wait to see all the features!

Ps5 was perfect out of the box. There were no damages and customer service was beyond helpful and quick with my check out. I recommend definitely buy a PlayStation 5 with Best Buy.

Been wanting a ps5 for a while now and after a few years the prices are still high but after a little investigating best buy had bundels to make everything much more cheaper

I gave this item a five star because I looked pretty good at the when I picked it up. I cannot say anything about the unit because it is a gift for Christmas.

Love my ps5, my o lu complaint is that the controller has an issue with something loose inside, still works just very loud incomparison to the one i bought a few days ago.

It was quick and easy to pick up my order. They also told me about better warranty’s for my ps5 then helped me pick out a headset. Everyone was super nice.

The console came in amazing quality and it shipped earlier than told and best buy made sure to update me to make the whole process alot easier on my mind!
