Got this for my grandkids for Christmas. Because it is a hot item and in demand.

It’s cool.. My p5 had a day where it kept shutting off. Otherwise it been okay

Buying was easy enough…play setup sucks. Really hard to figure out.

The console itself is great in appearance. I am unsure if this is a software issue or console issue but I am unable to download certain games. Maybe corrupted data?

When it works, it brilliant. But sony is horrible. Zero tech support, where they did have it, you had to have one of their specific problems. Evil company.

Still have access to movies I've purchased. Able to play older games on this console. However, new game purchases have gone up and are now about $80 per game.

The product its self is great but the agreement that was promised getting it the next day didnt happen and it cost me not having my product until a couple of days later

To start, i hae purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise from Best Buy. Washer/ dryer, headsetsthis, XBOX X ect. This was my 2nd PS5 purchase. Purchased PS5 online. Arrived in 2 days. The box was damaged and taped back together. So there is no confusion. The PS5 was shipped in the box like you would see it in the store. The actual box to the PS5 is damaged and taped back together. Called support and was instructed to send the damaged product back and upon receiving at the shipping store, a replacement would immediately be next day shipped. I returned the product and waited a couple days before calling supporttagain to find out why i have not received my new PS5. After spending almost an hour on the phone, i am told that my order has been canceled and a refund has been issued. I was told there was more that could be shipped but they could not replace it because it had been canceled. My cofussion was i didn't cancel the order,just send another one. So, frustrated, I hung up and waited a week for my refund. Again frustrated, i want in to a store to see if I could get an answer on my refund and reorder the PS5 only to find out that my refund was never initiated. So not only did i not get a replacement for a damaged product that was purchased, i also didnt get my money back for that product until i want in to the store. Unacceptable.

Bought this in excellent condition. The item didn’t come in its original box which is okay. But it was missing the USB cord for the controller. On the Best Buy website it states: Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement) So I didn’t get all original parts. Called BestBuy and they told me too bad, I can return it or keep it but they won’t just send me the missing cable. Ridiculous this is their way of ripping you off. Cya later Best Buy, former employee and long time customer and they only screw people over now….ill give my business to amazon.

Had mine for barely over a year, just long enough for the warranty to expire. Started overheating and freezing while playing, now it wont even turn on.

Somehow someone purchased this item under my name. I went to the store for pickup and met the person who purchased it. They ordered over the phone. I spent my afternoon driving to the store to correct a mistake not made by me and came up empty handed. I'm all for helping someone out, but best buy should be within their power compensating me in some way. While I was far from pleased with the experience, the individual who ended up with this console seemed happy to receive it. I'm hoping this "review" is enough to win me a gift card.

This is my second console due to fuses blowing up. Had the original console for a little over two years and now it's basically a paperweight... or I could sell it for parts (I guess)... over all, very disappointed with Sony when my PS3 Slim and PS4 Pro still are going on strong. Would not recommend!
