The user interface isn't as user friendly as previous Playstations. The controls seem to be less responsive as in the past as well. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a functional PS4

The stupid looking plastic chassis is a clue: you really get what you pay for, which in itself, is a royal insult. Got any pets? Their hair will stick to this unit like glue. As for the common accessories, those that work just fine on the PS4 don't work with the PS5... a deliberate parasitical design that should cause Sony to be ashamed of itself. Even the power cord is different. They're so cheap they totally insult users with the undersized and inadequate onboard hard drive. What a joke! six games... ten at most??? The process to jump right into the PS5's Horizon Zero Dawn, for example, depends on having all your ducks in a row with the PS4. In other words, if you didn't back everything up previously, or have a defective PS4 (mine died two years to the day! and was UNFIXABLE to boot), you're in for a royal pain in a butt and back to square one of take forever and a day to accomplish what should be a few seconds. IMHO: nix this weird shaped junk that cannot fit in normal spaces designed to house high tech gadgets, and try not to get upset when you attack the 10-cent plastic base. The PS6 hopefully will be a major improvement... or Xbox will continue to rule. Seriously Sony... you've gone down way below the 1st floor on this one. Even the PS4 charger for controllers doesn't work with the new "improved" PS5. For the price these are going for, they should be made of metal too, not cheap plastic!!! BUYER BEWARE..

This was a decent deal but it would have been nice if they included a special edition of Horizon Forbidden West or a limited edition controller.

Haven’t opened it, Just put it away. Don’t think I will. Just going to hold on to it for a later time.

I am not a fan of the game, and it only being a voucher for it. Basically a unwanted bundle cash grab

The new controller that came with the ps5 has a stick drift.

Overrated, its not better then the series X but it's a good system, don't even know if ill say its better then a one X or PS4 as those systems had great graphics as well, I don't get into the console wars but I i will say besides exclusives Xbox is better. It's a good system 4 stars but Xbox is 5 stars. Far as Graphics go they are the same pretty much with xbox having slightly better brightness, 825GB I hate that with systems they should add more to accommodate for the system space, controllers dont feel better then xbox, I like the functions though, PS shows you game progress on the home screen. Xbox is more powerful. I was always a PSP fan, shame they are not a thing no more, its like having a PSP but onnthe big screen, exclusives are the difference maker, its the sole reason to buy a PS5, Spiderman, God of War, Returnal, Horizon Dawn, Days Gone & so on. If you like previous PS's then you'll like it, if your a gamer you'll like it, if your someone who cares about console wars, then you won't, video games are meant to be enjoyed, why not enjoy both for their pros & cons, it may not be a series X but it's still fun. Xbox is my main system, then Nintendo/PS5 for the exclusives.

I’ve been a die hard PS guy since PS1. I’m over it. After waiting nearly a year to finally acquire this mess my kid slid the controller off of the coffee table onto the floor (18” drop) and the trigger button completely broke off. This was while I was still setting up the system. I returned the system. This is by far the most cheaply made system to date. Absolutely not worth the hype. I’m making the transition to Xbox. Sony has let us down tremendously over the last decade.
