This is the first Playstation I've owned since the ps2. My first one was faulty. I had to take it back to best buy and the rep I did the exchange with said it's hit or miss with the PS5. But this one I have now works fine. Amazing graphics. Would recommend.

it is a very good console , before this i was using a xbox 360 which a piece of garbage in term of glitches and bugs, now this ( ps5 ) feels like gun .

I've now owned my PS5 for 4 months (bought December 26th), and have had no problems whatsoever! I've heard about dust buildup pretty fast if you keep it in a small space, but I've kept it in the corner of my room and have had no problems. I also play at least 4 times a week and it's been as dependable as a Honda Civic haha.

It is a good system. Would tell all my friends and family about this product. I will come back and shop online at best buy more often

Works great so far. No issues and able to play online perfectly. Would recommend adding more storage if you plan to buy a lot of guys or play heavier stored games such as Call of Duty or GTA.

Bought it as a gift for Christmas for my 7 year old son. He and I love it , thanks Best Buy for the great bundle deal!

Very good my grandkids love it they downloaded Fortnite and say it runs better then the old Xbox they also said they like the astrobot game on the ps5 very good for grandkids and for me too helps with arthritis

Best console out there. Easy to access games and has a lot of accessories to buy for it to protect or make some games easier to play.

The reaction time is amazing. Setup easy. Customer service: as always amazing. Works for well for what we need it for. Kids and adults in our family are loving it.
