    Customer service was detailed and professional. I did not have my Best Buy card with me, but the gentlemean was very courteous and helpful. He assisted with every question and was very knowledgeable of the system I was purchasing. Customer service seems to be a lost art these days thank you to Bestbuy and the represenative for the seamless process!

    Employees were very helpful in helping find the product in store. The PlayStation 5 is exactly the same console as the regular but was about 100$ less expensive with this bundle a great deal and experience.
