Ill be honest i traded it in as soon as i got it. Not because its no good, but because i was planning for gta6 so i didnt even open it up. I just took it bqck the next day and got the pro for more power. Buy if you are looking to stay on budget and dont have the extra money to spend for a little more power and storage, this is the best way to go. It still runs great and wont let you down. I just have expensive taste.

I have always been a pc gamer but decided to try ps5 after much convincing front my daughter and i love it. Its fast clear I still have my alienware laptop for other games but this is great!

The ps5 amazes me to this day. I have mainly been a nintendo user, but the loading times and framrates that the ps5 uses blows what nintendo has done out of the water. The loading screens are near non-existent and games boot up incredibly fast. So far there have been no issues with overheating. The only issue so far is connection issues with WiFi. The console will randomly disconnect and reconnect multiple times in less than a minute. It is most likely an issue with my wifi, however.

This product worked as expected. The bundle allowed immediate game play, not to mention the set up was quick and easy. Therecwas no wait time because the controller was charged and ready for play.

console physically feels a little cheap but lightweight and sleek design, system is a little dated there’s so many buttons on the main screen after sign in but it’s updated a little bit compared to ps4 and a little bit better to look at just super busy, usually updates system and games really fast compared to other consoles but as someone who used xbox more the system just takes time to get used to for layout of main screen

Excellent value, super easy payment plan process. My husband absolutely loved it. Graphics are so amazing. He was able to link his xbox call of duty account so he could just resume where he was at and was blown away by the clarity on the Ps5 vs Xbox. Said it’s the best gift he's ever received.

Great system. My son loves it. He was using his older brothers for about a year so he’s very happy to have his own. He likes the Fortnite extra stuff as well.

I bought this play station 5 for my nephew . He loves it and I got it on sale so I was happy about that . Haven’t had any issues with it .

Cannot go wrong with this slim PS5 purchase. It works as advertised and it was quick and easy for me to purchase from BestBuy. Also it works with a 220v and you do not need a stepdown if it is been sent outside the united states.

The PS5 has been an awesome source of entertainment. I also want to shout out Best Buy’s refurbished items—like the PS5 I bought. It’s had zero issues, and Best Buy used/refurbished products are definitely worth trusting.

It's a Playstation 5. So you know what you are getting into if you buy one. There is no disc, it's all digital, so if you want a physical disc, this is not for you.

I mean what could go wrong with a ps5. I love it and slim version now actually makes it easier to travel with as well .

Been using the PS4 for the longest but the upgrade was DEFINITELY needed. I’ve been enjoying my PS5 since the day I got it, definitely going to be using it as much as I can!

Would recommend just a little pricey for baseline storage considering size of games unless there is a sale / special.

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas because his old one got stolen & he’s been on it since day 1 .The game system was very affordable The customer service is always fast , friendly & helpful. The store location is always clean . Recommend 10/10

I havent stopped playing this game ever since I bought it. I loveeee it and would tell anyone to purchase this game.. if you see it buy it! Price isn’t bad . It comes with Fortnite. Controller is also included along with the cords.. don’t just stare at it BUY IT!!!!

We were a little skeptical buying this for our children but do not regret it!! Gameplay is smooth and the graphics are really, really good. Definitely recommend this.

it is a very good console , before this i was using a xbox 360 which a piece of garbage in term of glitches and bugs, now this ( ps5 ) feels like gun .
