I purchased a PlayStation 5 through the app for pickup. The process was very easy and within the next hour it was ready. Customer service was quick as possible when it came to checking me out and helping with minor problems I had. I would definitely purchase again through best by 10/10 recommend!

He loves that it’s digital he can download the games ..I loved the price..I’m thankful for the assistance I received at Best Buy . The sales person took his time helping an explain all the different of all 3 games systems..

Greatest ever fast new gaming better experience ever

My family and I love it this is something that I wanted to get for my kids and myself as well for a while that I have been just holding back about it but now that I got it and I see how My Baby enjoying it it’s something amazing.

It's a great PlayStation 5 and I love playing it, I received exactly what was advertised or what I seen on the best buy website. I would have given 5 stars but I'm only giving 4 stars because I didn't get a Usb-c cord or a charging cable for the controller and I didn't get the PlayStation 5 slim feet, both were supposed to be in the box but other than that it's really good.

The PlayStation 5 is an amazing console. The graphics are stunning, the performance is super fast, and the controller feels very immersive. Definitely worth buying!
