The kids loved this item that I purchased for Christmas

I’m giving this a low rating for the simple fact it burnt out in about 3 weeks not from overuse it’s just died while I was using it I have no clue why happened running through a surge protector also. I couldn’t return it because you only have 15 days if you’re not a best buy member. Just writing an honest comment on my experience. Nothing could be done for me through best buy but since it was a brand new system I shipped it back to Sony to get fixed

The box it came in was in rough condition but the actual item is okay.

Boys seem happy with it. Games are expensive to add to play. That's a bit of a challenge.

Not happy!!!!! I bought this item specifically for the Fortnite download for my kid for Xmas. The code/voucher did not come In the box. After an hour- someone gave me. # To call that could send me the voucher via email. I called and then was told that is not possible. Rip off! Check your boxes before you buy. This was shipped to my house so I didn't have that option- very disappointed child at home.

Controller had drift and told me id have to return the whole thing

Quit working after 10 days. Won’t work at all and Best Buy won’t let me return. Brand new ps5 now I have to try and get a new one through PlayStation but I don’t even want another now. I never buy from Best Buy and now I know why. Return policy is so bad.

This item was purchased using the return of stolen items. When I tried alerting Best Buy to the fraudulent purchase, I was met with an endless cycle of automated options that led nowhere.

Start the game jntro the screen has checkered squares abd when the selection is done it goes away.

This is my second PS5 and I absolutely love it! New models are faster cleaner and just overall better!

I bought this new from BestBuy - it had a manufacture defect after 2 weeks. I was able to swap it without issue. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The Playstation itself (now) works excellent.

As advertised, slim and sleek. My 2nd PS5, bought for my daughter's house so my lil grandson can begin his journey of becoming a gamer like his Pop Pop. The free game download was easy to install as well. Recommend PS5 over all platforms

Came in quick and works like a charm, I got this as a Christmas gift with a nice discount, totally worth it if you ask me!

My niece loves this item!! No technical/ mechanical issues as of now, and the console performs beautifully. Go buy, or should I say “Go Best Buy” lol.

My son loves this Play Station. It's not big and bulky. We like that it can be placed down or it can stand up. I bought 2 and the price is not bad
