My son went for a 4 to a 5 for Christmas and the difference is night and day. The controller is a little different but easier to hold. Nicely designed. The system itself is a beautiful upgrade. Graphics and speed are impeccable. Whether you lay it horizontally or stand it vertically you will need a stand to keep the system stable and cool. Arabs is not included but easily enough to obtain.

The play quality is top tier. Very fast controller response and great haptics. Very very little lag, only when 3 people are on the network, rare, but happens. So glad I went with PS5 and not Xbox like in the past. Life long investment for sure

Bought this as a birthday present, and my son has been playing it everyday. It was easy to set up, graphics are great and enjoyed the fortnight upgrade was a bonus. We have bought extra controllers so he can play with his friends. The storage is the right amount based on his needs.

I bought an open-box PS5 and it exceeded my expectations. The console arrived in excellent condition and honestly looked almost brand new. Setup was quick and easy, and the system runs perfectly with no issues at all. Everything that was supposed to come with it was included and in great shape. You really can’t beat the value — getting a PS5 at a discounted price while still receiving a product that works flawlessly is a huge win. If you’re considering buying an open-box console, I highly recommend it. I would definitely purchase this way again.

This product worked as expected. The bundle allowed immediate game play, not to mention the set up was quick and easy. Therecwas no wait time because the controller was charged and ready for play.

console physically feels a little cheap but lightweight and sleek design, system is a little dated there’s so many buttons on the main screen after sign in but it’s updated a little bit compared to ps4 and a little bit better to look at just super busy, usually updates system and games really fast compared to other consoles but as someone who used xbox more the system just takes time to get used to for layout of main screen

Great system. My son loves it. He was using his older brothers for about a year so he’s very happy to have his own. He likes the Fortnite extra stuff as well.

Excellent value, super easy payment plan process. My husband absolutely loved it. Graphics are so amazing. He was able to link his xbox call of duty account so he could just resume where he was at and was blown away by the clarity on the Ps5 vs Xbox. Said it’s the best gift he's ever received.

Cannot go wrong with this slim PS5 purchase. It works as advertised and it was quick and easy for me to purchase from BestBuy. Also it works with a 220v and you do not need a stepdown if it is been sent outside the united states.

The PS5 has been an awesome source of entertainment. I also want to shout out Best Buy’s refurbished items—like the PS5 I bought. It’s had zero issues, and Best Buy used/refurbished products are definitely worth trusting.

Been using the PS4 for the longest but the upgrade was DEFINITELY needed. I’ve been enjoying my PS5 since the day I got it, definitely going to be using it as much as I can!

We were a little skeptical buying this for our children but do not regret it!! Gameplay is smooth and the graphics are really, really good. Definitely recommend this.
