It's a Playstation 5. So you know what you are getting into if you buy one. There is no disc, it's all digital, so if you want a physical disc, this is not for you.

Cannot go wrong with this slim PS5 purchase. It works as advertised and it was quick and easy for me to purchase from BestBuy. Also it works with a 220v and you do not need a stepdown if it is been sent outside the united states.

The PS5 has been an awesome source of entertainment. I also want to shout out Best Buy’s refurbished items—like the PS5 I bought. It’s had zero issues, and Best Buy used/refurbished products are definitely worth trusting.

Been using the PS4 for the longest but the upgrade was DEFINITELY needed. I’ve been enjoying my PS5 since the day I got it, definitely going to be using it as much as I can!

We were a little skeptical buying this for our children but do not regret it!! Gameplay is smooth and the graphics are really, really good. Definitely recommend this.

it is a very good console , before this i was using a xbox 360 which a piece of garbage in term of glitches and bugs, now this ( ps5 ) feels like gun .

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas because his old one got stolen & he’s been on it since day 1 .The game system was very affordable The customer service is always fast , friendly & helpful. The store location is always clean . Recommend 10/10

I havent stopped playing this game ever since I bought it. I loveeee it and would tell anyone to purchase this game.. if you see it buy it! Price isn’t bad . It comes with Fortnite. Controller is also included along with the cords.. don’t just stare at it BUY IT!!!!

Bought it for my husband and he lovessssssssss it. It was easy to setup and hes having fun playing games on it, well both of us are. No regrets buying it at all

This is the first Playstation I've owned since the ps2. My first one was faulty. I had to take it back to best buy and the rep I did the exchange with said it's hit or miss with the PS5. But this one I have now works fine. Amazing graphics. Would recommend.

Works great so far. No issues and able to play online perfectly. Would recommend adding more storage if you plan to buy a lot of guys or play heavier stored games such as Call of Duty or GTA.

The reaction time is amazing. Setup easy. Customer service: as always amazing. Works for well for what we need it for. Kids and adults in our family are loving it.
