It’s ok I guess, the price increase makes this product not that appealing but it’s better than nothing

Best system ever, just wish it had more memory with the digital PS5 system.

My 14 year old son loves the PS5. It was a great Christmas gift.

My child is loving it. Plays it everyday with friends and family.

The system works very well. The graphics are great.

I think it is greatbit downloads and uploads wicked fast. But it definitely could use more memory its not working with that problem that well ..

I’m giving this a low rating for the simple fact it burnt out in about 3 weeks not from overuse it’s just died while I was using it I have no clue why happened running through a surge protector also. I couldn’t return it because you only have 15 days if you’re not a best buy member. Just writing an honest comment on my experience. Nothing could be done for me through best buy but since it was a brand new system I shipped it back to Sony to get fixed

The box it came in was in rough condition but the actual item is okay.

Boys seem happy with it. Games are expensive to add to play. That's a bit of a challenge.

Good system just wish i had more internal storage but needed an upgrade since my ps4 broke

Not happy!!!!! I bought this item specifically for the Fortnite download for my kid for Xmas. The code/voucher did not come In the box. After an hour- someone gave me. # To call that could send me the voucher via email. I called and then was told that is not possible. Rip off! Check your boxes before you buy. This was shipped to my house so I didn't have that option- very disappointed child at home.

The video game came on one time and that’s it . Best Buy selling fault broke video games and then they only give you 15 days to return it which it should be 30 days or 90 days.

Controller had drift and told me id have to return the whole thing

The product arrived with no power plug and no hdmi cable. Had to spend extra $100 to buy them. Was very upset as was supposed to be in excellent conditions but the main things to make it work were missing.

Quit working after 10 days. Won’t work at all and Best Buy won’t let me return. Brand new ps5 now I have to try and get a new one through PlayStation but I don’t even want another now. I never buy from Best Buy and now I know why. Return policy is so bad.

Unfortunately I have not been able to get this new PS5 to connect. I’ve tried different cables and devices and nothing.

This item was purchased using the return of stolen items. When I tried alerting Best Buy to the fraudulent purchase, I was met with an endless cycle of automated options that led nowhere.
