It’s ok I guess, the price increase makes this product not that appealing but it’s better than nothing

Its a ps5 never fails. If you dont have one just get one helps beat those boredom days

Over priced for a console that doesn't have that many exclusives anymore since they eventually release on PC, BUT it is a good machine. Gets the job done and looks good. The plastic feet for laying it down are not the best design. Unstable for sure.

My 14 year old son loves the PS5. It was a great Christmas gift.

Not happy!!!!! I bought this item specifically for the Fortnite download for my kid for Xmas. The code/voucher did not come In the box. After an hour- someone gave me. # To call that could send me the voucher via email. I called and then was told that is not possible. Rip off! Check your boxes before you buy. This was shipped to my house so I didn't have that option- very disappointed child at home.

Console was defected but great service hope not every console is like that

Quit working after 10 days. Won’t work at all and Best Buy won’t let me return. Brand new ps5 now I have to try and get a new one through PlayStation but I don’t even want another now. I never buy from Best Buy and now I know why. Return policy is so bad.

This item was purchased using the return of stolen items. When I tried alerting Best Buy to the fraudulent purchase, I was met with an endless cycle of automated options that led nowhere.

Someone stole my package and they denied my replacement and refund will never shop her again

Second one I've bought, this time as a gift. Obviously it's a ps5 so it's good. The Best Buy Total makes it more worth it with peace of mind

As advertised, slim and sleek. My 2nd PS5, bought for my daughter's house so my lil grandson can begin his journey of becoming a gamer like his Pop Pop. The free game download was easy to install as well. Recommend PS5 over all platforms

My niece loves this item!! No technical/ mechanical issues as of now, and the console performs beautifully. Go buy, or should I say “Go Best Buy” lol.

My kids love it especially the Fortnite bundle, it was a great Christmas present and now all 3 of my boys have their own PS5 all bought from Best Buy!
