Second one I've bought, this time as a gift. Obviously it's a ps5 so it's good. The Best Buy Total makes it more worth it with peace of mind

I bought this new from BestBuy - it had a manufacture defect after 2 weeks. I was able to swap it without issue. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The Playstation itself (now) works excellent.

The ps5 they refurbished was almost factory new but i cant claim it is cause they cant ! Absolute beasts back their in the tech dept. thankyou and well done
