The best thing I could gift my self on my birthday. I live alone and sometimes there is nothing to do around and this thing becomes the best part of your life. I just love it. It's smooth fast and I also use it to play media like Netflix. Every dollar was worth it and I would say this was the best purchase of the year.

I LOVE IT. I bought a xbox series x 3 years ago and i truly hated it. i was a playstation person up until ps4, but someone convinced me to go to xbox. Xbox games suck so much, i finally saved enough to get the ps5 and now i have my games back. man i wish i could play ps3 games without having to stream them tho, streaming games suck.

I love my PS5, and I love that I’m able to remote play my PS5 downstairs on my PS4. Capacity is hard when you download big file games like COD and Avatar, but it’s nothing a M2 SSD 1TB couldn’t fix.

Everything was perfect as pictured. Have not had any issues since my purchase in 2023, everything works good.

This thing is nothing less than amazing! Very easy setup and so far the graphics are amazing and lifelike - similar to watching a movie. The controller is light, easy to hold and very responsive. This is the first gaming station that I have had since I was in my teens and I am thoroughly enjoying learning how to use it as well as watching others play.

Great upgrade from PS4. It took a little longer to get the PS5 but all in all amazing console.

My fiancé loves his PlayStation 5. He said it’s much faster and game play is realistic and the picture is more clearer than the PlayStation 4. We are very happy with our purchase. Best Buy made it very easy to put the order in to pick up from the store. Very convenient.

Huge upgrade from PS4. Graphics and load times are noticably better. Now when I picked it up, the box had a hole in it which scared me as I thought it messed up the console but the packaging is sturdy which protects it from everything. Overall very satisfied with the system and would recommend getting the digital version if you only have digital games.

I bought the PS5 as a birthday present for my husband and he was so so happy. We got a Ragnarok game as well. He loves it! The purchase process was also so easy. Love my ps5! I’m new to gaming so to be honest I don’t really know much about the different gaming systems but from the research I did before purchasing, the ps5 is the best for overall gaming experience which is all I’m interested in using mine for. It’s quick, no glitches, smooth playing so far. Can’t wait to get better as I go

I got the PS5 from Best Buy, and it's been awesome. Games load super fast, and the graphics are stunning. The new controller feels amazing with its cool feedback. There are tons of great games to play, and Best Buy made buying it easy. I'd totally recommend the PS5 for an awesome gaming experience!

Best buy was awesome and keeping them in stock and made purchasing online super simple like always. Arrived a day earlier than schedule and everything clean and working great quality brand new out the box. Been playing for over a month now no problems , Sony has a year warranty and it really is all the hype. Basically it's a super overhaul of the PlayStation 4 experience!!!
